The young man at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly! He informed us with information and made sure we were helped as needed! Great customer service, and will make a person want to visit again!

This was the dirtyest hotel I’ve ever stayed in my life! There were numerous stains and even tears on both comforters. The tissue box was full of used tissues cramed back in there. The elevator was broken and the staff was trying to repair it by jamming a broom handle in the door track. The carpets were not vacuumed the A/C was filthy. This hotel needs to be closed immediately.

The staff was very friendly. The property only has one elevator and it barely works. The room was old looking and the air did not work. Wish I could’ve known this before purchasing.

Our room was not properly prepared for arrival even though we arrived after 8 pm. There were no bath towels, no set up and condiments for the coffee machine and there was a laminated price chart to advise cost that you will charged if you steal anything from the room. The bathroom floor was recently retiled as evidence of what grouting and the feeling of grit throughout the room. Additionally, the bathtub/shower had mildew in the grout between the tile and tub. Along with the aforementioned, no carpeting in the room made it feel like a cheap motel.

Dirty, had to change rooms 4 times before having a decent room. Phone did not work and not even plugged in and no where to plug it in. The floor was horrible and gross. The rooms we went in at first had food on the blanket, btw they dont clean blanket every time..gross. then someone threw up on the curtins and had holes in the curtains. Mold in the picture frames, just so much. Never will i go here again. I will stay with holiday inn or Hampton.

Thumbs up to this pet friendly hotel.
Very clean, we had a puppy with us so im sure we were put in a "pet friendly" where other pet owners and their animlas stayed in, and the was no trace of pet urine or waste smell when we got here. Very clean very comfortable, bed were a little more on the firm side and i would ask for extra pillows next time. But overall it was a very pleasant stay. The front desk people were amazing, kind, and very helpful! When bringing a pet a 100$ deposit is required during check in.

Upon arrival we realized it was under construction which is not a problem the guy at the front desk was very helpful gave us our Keys and we proceed to our rooms we checked one and it was okay checked the other one and to our surprise there was 3 men in there so we went back to the front desk and he said that there was not supposed to be any one in it. So what had happened the people from the night before we’re staying for free !! So he got us new rooms and we went to those and there WERE not cleaned very well at all was contractor dust over EVERYTHING beds included and one of the lamps was broken and was about to fall apart And the only reason we stayed was because it was my wife had surgery the next morning and had no choice so over all WOULD NOT do it again!
