Very disappointing

We were very disappointed. It was an older , unkept property. Bedspreads were old and faded. Grafiti on the wall. Coffee pot didnt work. Complementary soap and shampoos were way too small and no named. The room stank of old and musty smells. Worse hotel I have been in in some time. There were chairs outside the doors so people could hang out outside their rooms. And not in a cozy way. TV DID WORK WHICH WAS A PLUS. Would never use this business again nor recommend to anyone. It needs a good remodeling.

This turned out to be the perfect place to stay for my short stay in Liberty! The property and rooms are older but very clean, the refrigerator has a separate freezer, microwave, & full size coffee pot. The manager is wonderful! Town square, it’s quaint shops, and eateries are within walking distance. Also, regardless of being situated between the highway & railroad the room was quiet. I heard the train occasionally but to me that is part of the town’s charm. A walk about will include seeing the old train depot and the historic Ott Hotel that was specifically built near the railroad to accommodate travelers back in the day. I will definitely be staying here the next time I visit Liberty.

No online reservations =(

I had booked our stay online, and when we got to the hotel the attendant let me know that they were completely booked. I let him know that I had a confirmation number, and lo & behold, he couldn't verify since there wasn't a computer in the office. Turns out, you have to call in to make a reservation. We drove off to another location with no issue.

Nothing to write home about.

The room was not near as clean nor repaired as it was on my last stay. I had 2 rooms. Doorknobs falling off, bathroom door wouldn't close all the way and if it did and you lost the knob...drawers on dresser fell out when opening. We usually keep our room clean, just need towels and such replaced, so that part was fine. But neither of the rooms were not as clean as they should have been and both in dire need of repairs and paint. Lights flickered in both.

When you stay outside the city, a good hotel is hard to find. Most options are poorly maintained and make you cringe just thinking about a night there. This hotel was the exact opposite. The entire experience was great! You can really tell the owners care about the property and its guests. If you need to stay in Liberty, TX look no further!

Small town motel...very dated decor. Bedspread had definite signs of age. Room was “smelly”. Check in was slow due to ever being done manually still probably the best accommodations in town. Would stay there again unless something else was built

Nothing unique, front desk wouldn’t allow me to check in even with confirmation he indicated that they didn’t accept Expedia reservations. Finally another staff came out and I explained that we reserved through Expedia and for her to look in the computer to verify our reservation. Finally got into the room.

The motel was close to where we were going and pretty much a central location. They are stingy with their towels but I didn't ask for more so this may not be true. They are nice and the room was okay nothing fancy but as nice as any other in Liberty. We will stay there again when we go to the Trade show.

The room was dirty me and my girl haf to get cleaning supplies from the front desk to clean it ourselves. The lady who was working was super sweet but the man was an A hole and very rude, we found a unopen condom under the rooms telephone and a bed bug in the restroom.

Pay more and go somewhere else.

If your looking for a place with breakfast, their Continental Breakfast was a joke. Three days we stayed no room service at all. Shower lever didn't work. Alarm clock didn't work. Left and come back there was a do not disturb sign on our door we did not put there and the key didn't work any longer. Told the lady at the front desk and she kept saying I kept key to close to cell phone made it not work. Told her the key was in my wallet the whole time. Got in room and things had been moved around but nothing missing. And painting on wall is annoying.... Looks like a preschool class room.

This is a small “no frills” motel that was well priced and very clean. Our bed was very comfortable and the management staff was very friendly.

Very decent place for the money.

Just wanted a decent priced place to sleep. I wasn't there to socialize. Got in late , left first thing in morning.
