Overall good, a nice property with plenty to keep you entertained. A few times we didn’t get great information - for example security saying they had found an item when (apparently) they had not, and also the pool being open til 8 (it was open until 7), also we were assigned a room in the Venetian tower away from our friends when we had booked a tower in the Palazzo (this was fixed). Nothing that was a show stopper, just little frictions.

Hotel was absolutely gorgeous as were our rooms. The gondola outside ride for $159 lasted about 5 minutes- definitely not worth the $$$. The staff at several of the shops were very annoying & pushy as you walked around which we did NOT like. Would maybe stay there again …….

A lot of the older hotels you can smell smoke and your cloths will smell like smoke also. The Palazzo and the Wynn are on a different level.

The Palazzo definitely lives up to the hype. It's very easy to check-in online and pick up your room card upon arrival. The front desk staff were also very kind. The suite was great and very spacious.

We loved palazzo with the sphere view. The suite its self is also very spacious and beautiful. Very easy to get food and coffee in the morning. Absolutely love our stay and will be back.

The rooms are excellent. However having to queue every morning in the lobby to buy a Starbucks coffee was disappointing. The dining is good for top end but no nice middle of the road food choices.

It's a pleasant resort - but value for money, it's not great. It's expensive for what it is. My room was located about a 2 minute walk from the elevator through a long maze like series of corridors with no windows. The room blinds didn't seem to open. The gym equipment is fairly old, and the gym closes at 8pm. I understand that most people that go to LV aren't going for the gym experience, but for a resort that is this expensive, it was disappointing. There are no grocery stores nearby. Just a very limited CVS that requires walking across 3 separate bridges/sets of stairs. Not sure I would stay here again.

Beautiful spacious room. Very quiet. Nice pool and many restaurants. Finding your way around the resort was difficult and maps didn’t help much. i really missed having a coffee machine in the room. Waiting 45 min for coffee from room service or waiting forever in line at Starbucks was a pain!!

When I checked in Bryen assured me that I would not be charged the resort fees of $50 a day. I am 70 years old and I told him I would not be using the pool or gym. He said to tell them upon checkout that I did not use the facilities and they would not charge me. Well, when I checked out they told me they charge everyone and have for 17 years and they were going to charge me, no matter what. I even called 2 weeks before my stay and talked to Clifford and he assured me there would not be a charge and told me the same thing Bryen did. I think this was to keep me from canceling. The hotel charges for everything. I am surprised that the hotel charges for parking which costs an additional $100. Room service has ridiculous fees. I have stayed at the Ritz and their fees are less than the Palazzo. My recommendation is to stay at the Cosmopolitan. I am in Vegas every 2 weeks because I have several clients in the Vegas area. When I told them I would never stay there again, the girl at the checkout said they had plenty of satisfied guests.

We stayed at the Palazzo with a view of the Sphere but spent time at the Venetian. Didn’t do much shopping because high-end merchandise isn’t my style. We atr at a few restaurants and took the indoor gondola ride. We may return.
