So I love this place and the people. Very nice and it's a great stay. Just one negative is the toilets need to be upgraded, and when I say upgraded I also mean raised as well as new type oval ?? That thing was the lowest toilet ever.

It is rare that I cancel just walking onto a property. The Uber driver told me to cancel. I walked into the "lobby" which was for more reminiscent of car garage lobby. There was plexiglass separating me from the unhelpful and dismissive staff. There bag storage was full at 10 am. There were several people loitering in the parking lot. Do not stay here alone if you must stay here. I contacted Expedia and told them everything - I was able to book at a different place.

The rooms look nice and big in the pictures. In person, carpet is dirty, ceiling looks like it was fixed from a leak, bathtub is pretty ghetto, sink is so old you have to pull it out so far that it felt like it was going to come off. The knob was very wobbly to begin with. I heard 1gunshot and a guy in front of me tried to check in pretending he had a reservation. While it's subjective, there were a few guys dressed like they were ready to do some smash and grab.

It was a place to crash from 2am until wake-up, but they desperately need new carpet, and we were in a hallway above the office where we could hear every sound. What I liked was clean sheets, and we could have stayed asleep until 12 the next day if it wasn’t so noisy. Check out 12, check-in 3pm.

Unfriendly staff, i arrived 1 day later, clerk said I lost my reservation even without noticing I did pay for it. Got a terrible room, at the far end of the property, trash all over the outside, toilet clogged, maid never came to make the beds nor provided clean towels. Worst place ever stayed at.

Staff are doing their best of what they can do. Even though its cheap this is the worst hotel. Carpet stinks, tub has patches, bathroom is bad. You get what you pay but this worse than that..!! I would not recommend if you are with family.

The room space is very small for four members and the beds are horrible. They are not queens at all. No fridge or microwave. The rooms are stinking and the A/C is dirty throwing stinking air. Such a facility doesn't even deserve to stay for free at least. Howard Jhonson doesn't deserve to exist in Las Vegas. It simply ruins the image of Las Vegas and a trip there. Please remove this facility from your website so that someone else won't book it again.

Cigarette burns on bath tub, no chair to sit at desk, very noises from what seemed to be a motorcycle convention in building 3. Music was so loud from parking lot I could not hear the TV in my room! I notified the front desk Friday night, Saturday morning, Saturday afternoon. I gave up Saturday night as the management seemed unable to deal with it. One of my calls went through to the 800 number as the front desk was not answering and he tried to get through also without success. Fortunately the music stopped at 10 both nights. however, the beds were fresh and comfortable.

The staff were very polite and helpful from check-in to check-out. However, when I entered to our room, you can just smell the dust. Beds, chair and carpet just felt dirty simply by touching. Had to shower with sandals on because the tub had not been cleaned in a long time. Our stay was peaceful but the cleanliness was not.

Staff was a little rude. I had called for an Uber and went to the rental office to wait. I was promptly told that I was NOT supposed to wait there because it was not a "waiting room." However, there was seating in there and no crowd! I stated that I was a paying guest at this hotel and I was waiting less than 5 minutes for my ride. (It was chilly outside.) They let me wait, but I believe they should have asked for my room number first before saying anything, then NOT say anything to a paying guest. We should be welcome.

Hotel room was very sketchy. Floor was wet from I dont know what, bathtub had to be recleaned. Shower and tub turned on st same time. You could not take a bath without the shower running or vis versa. My wife didnt want to deal with complaining again after they re cleaned the tub so we just stayed in the room. But trust me stay anywhere else.

This hotel isn't perfect but it also wasn't horrible! Hotel is just right off of the strip so it was easy to walk from the hotel right to the strip. Plenty of parking around the hotel and our room. All of that was wonderful! Check in was nothing special. Felt like I was being an inconvenience to the staff more than anything. In the room, it definitely wasn't perfect but it wasn't horrible. Room smelt like smoke. Everything in the room smelled like smoke... Even though it's non-smoking. Mirror in the bathroom was broken, sink faucet was essentially free floating and not even attached to the countertop properly. Toilet seat and lid were both wonky and loose. Tub leaked So we heard it drip water all night long. TV was only like 21 in so that made it hard to even watch TV. Service was really sketchy so it constantly lost the cable connection and had a super fuzzy picture. Beds were okay. Room was so so clean but not necessarily dirty either. Definitely needs an update! Probably some serious maintenance. Never worried about safety or neighbors. Everyone was super nice and polite! Would definitely stay here again, just wish they would do better maintenance on the rooms. Biggest plus was no resort fees!!

First of all, the property looked very good in the online photos, but was nothing like the photos when I got there. It`s dirty and not kept up at all on the outside. When I got into the room, the first thing I noticed was that it is a very outdated complex. Everything about it looked like it was from back in the 80`s. The bed was ancient looking. The wall light fixtures had one bright bulb and one dim one. When I walked into the bathroom, I noticed that someone had urinated in the toilet and never flushed it. The main bathroom light was very dim, and the fluorescent light above the bathroom sink did not even work. When I went to take a shower, I guess the person in the next room was also showering so I had no hot water at all. I had to wait until they were done before I could shower. The complex itself is an old wooden building so every time someone upstairs walked around, you could hear it and feel it. I could clearly hear every conversation the people in the next room were having. All night long there were people walking past my door talking very loud. Half of them were crackheads. The office staff all seemed like they were there just to congregate with eachother instead of work. All in all, this hotel turned out to be even worse that the description of "you get what you pay for". This definitely was the worse experience I have ever had in any hotel or motel anywhere.. I would rate this hotel as a negative 10 stars, and that`s being generous.

Only stay here if you’re truly on a tight budget. I stayed here for a company tradeshow as I’m rebuilding my brand. And I did save a lot of money and I’m thankful for that. Although there were a couple times I didn’t feel safe, and the place is very dirty all the outside hallways and including the inside of the rooms. My sheets that were on my bed had burn marks and I had a car twice to replace them, and the ones that were replaced were also dirty and they had to replace those. I actually went out to Whole Foods and bought cleaner and clean the whole room myself. The countertops the sinks the switches etc. I’m sorry it’s just disgusting. Owners and management hear what I’m saying and take responsibility shame on you.
