We arrived late to a warm, welcoming front desk agent. She was so kind and helpful!! Thank you! Very quiet, comfortable room. Haven't eaten breakfast yet but it was a good night!

Have found Best Western's are consistently above average and value for money, especially with expedia discount. This property was the same. Only minor thing was carpet in rooms makes it feel/smell just a bit musty (although it looked newer/fine) and wifi was just a bit slow. I prefer hotels with hard floors. Ample breakfast appreciated, 24/7 coffee, clean all around, nice staff, pay laundry, fitness, was full but quiet. Not a beautiful area because it's just off the I-15, but did not feel unsafe. Compared to similar properties that were more expensive you are fine to go with this one.

Carpeting and other things are really worn out and need to be replaced. There is a train track right across the street and an airforce base nearby so it's definitely not quiet- bring a white noise machine! It's located in a weird area so going to get food or other necessities is a bit of a pain and impossible if you don't have a car.

Our stay was adequate, bed was decent, pretty clean, room was spacious. Suggestions.....carpets could use a yearly cleaning. Breakfast we skipped because it was a mad house lots of people and most everything was already gone when we got down there.

This is an industrial area. For the location the price was horrendously high. The staff was very nice. The facility is low scale for the cost.

The overall property was ok. When I first checked in after 7pm the clerk had to go check my room to make sure it was ready and clean although check in states 3 pm why after 7pm would the room not be clean…Got all the way up to my room with all my bags and the keys didn’t work. The clerk was very kind though to assist. There was a strong perfume like smell in my room… the train was really loud during the night. I was also really looking forward to using the jacuzzi it’s this really small thing prob could fit 2 people that looked unkept/dirty and the jets didn’t even work… should have just payed more for a better hotel.. if you are on a tight budget it’s not too bad.

Very clean and convenient location.
I stayed at this hotel back in August and we loved it. I like the convenience of the location being fifteen minutes north outside Las Vegas. The staff is very friendly and professional. The hotel is a little bit dated but it is very clean. I will definitely will stay here again in the future.

Mattresses were horrible, uncomfortable, U shape and covered with plastic. Sofa bed had wires poking out and not comfortable at all. Will never stay here gain. Check in took me 45 mins. Expidea canceled virtual wallet so I had to call customer services to figure it out because the hotel wouldn’t do it. Hotel had the night at $150 and Hotels.com charged me almost $200.

Very nice non-smoking hotel. Only problem is the remoteness of the hotel making transportation a little difficult. Hotel staff is stellar and the facility is very clean and orderly. Felt safe.

Overall this was a very good stay. Staff were excellent. super nice, respectful, and kind. The main downside was how loud the bed was just laying on it. it creaked way to loud. I dont expect a lot from a hotel mattress but this one was far too loud.

Way over priced for an old hotel in a bad location
I expected more from a Best Western Plus. The location was under the freeway next to train tracks, the elevator was broken, the side door was broken, and I got to pay an extra $75 ($25 of which is supposed to be refunded) on top of $360 for a standard room. I get that Vegas is expensive, but this is excessive.
