Thank you for your feedback.We fully understand how you felt about our air conditioning system. Our air conditioning system is centrally controlled, allowing adjustments to temperature and direction, but unfortunately, it does not permit changes between cooling and heating. Additionally, our current solution for this issue is providing an electric fan and allowing the window to be unlocked, as we acknowledge the limitation.While we regret that we couldn't meet your expectations and couldn't welcome you, we hope the rest of your Kyoto trip after your leave and your stay at another hotel were fantastic.Thank you for your feedback.
