The staff members at the reception are nice, polite and helpful. Communication needed some effort as they speak Japanese only. The room was really a bit dated and it needs renovation. Location is good. Parking charge ¥900 a day (perhaps in the city area). A family mart is within 2mins walking distance. Daily room cleaning needs request in advance (default no cleaning, even emptying the rubbish bin). Anyway, overall it is okay at least everything and facility inside the room was functional.

Well located near Shizumi gardens and next to a tram stop to visit the castle. Hotel itself is ok, it needs modernising, our aircon was very noisy and ineffective. No filterred water provided. Staff were very professional, especialy the man who manages the parking system who was very kind and patient.

For a hotel of this quality I'd assume there be free parking but I had to pay despite it being parked on the same building. The rest was pretty decent.

Nice Japanese (business) style with the usual bijou bedrooms but a great price and good location right on the tram tracks for routes A & B and close to JR rail station. NearSuizenji gardens and plenty of food outlets and supermarket nearby. Small but nice lobby with welcoming staff.

I booked a non-smoking room but it definitely didn't smell like it. Bathroom was mouldy and could use a good clean. Close to Suizenji garden. Not a lot of food options in the area.

The best thing about this hotel is the buffet breakfast that are made fresh daily from scratch by a team of motherly ladies. I felt comfortable and content with my small, cozy, and clean room at my previous stay. But, this time I was a little disappointed with my room on the 3rd floor. They use several worn out guest rooms

Room is small, few cable channels and the dedicated WiFi is not always working. Sadly the non-secured (no log in required) WiFi at the lobby is much better and stable than the one (that required log in n password) in the room.

The room was small, but clean, cozy, and efficient. I was able to control room temperature easily by the aircon remote control. The lobby looks inviting and modern.

It was really good. My fatger and I really enjoyed our stay. Everyone was friendly and it was very clean. The only thing I wish they could improve on is having a bigger bike selection and a bigger laundry room. Besides that it was 9/10. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to book a cheap hotel.

Good for self drive
Very helpful & friendly staff. Cheap parking charge at ¥700. Room is small but clean. However the pillow & mattress are quite hard. 5 mins drive/10 mins by tram to shopping area

Inexpensive hotel with great breakfast!
This hotel is about 45 minutes' train ride from Fukuoka. It is inexpensive but has laundry facilities and is located near several nice sites to see. It is also close to the local train station to take you back to the larger station in Fukuoka.

great budget hotel!
clean, comfortable, cheap! last minute booking at 11pm and everything went smoothly. loved the room-wear. small rooms but that was no problem! breakfast not worth 800 yen, but easy to find nearby. parking 500 yen.
