Vi skulle blot overnatte tæt på lufthavnen og godt at det ikke var mere. Der var myre på badeværelset og stedet er bare generelt meget dårligt vedligeholdt. Personalet er dog rigtigt søde og gør hvad de kan for at gøre selve oplevelsen god. Men det er den bare ikke. Jeg kommer ikke igen.

Only stayed for half a day. Arrived late afternoon and left early morning. But the kids loved the pool, and the breakfast had a nice selection. All in all good value for the price.

There isn't one thing i would recommend about this property. I would advise any people thinking about staying here to pick a different hotel. Firstly the cleanliness of the room is abysmal with the floor being covered in ants. There was hairs stuck to the shower wall highlighting it hadn't been cleaned from the prior guests. The beds are hard and uncomfortable with sheets and blankets looking decades old. To top it of open leaving the room a giant rat was seen running across the hallway by myself and my other travelling partner.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND also would like my money refunded as we checked out a day early and to find a hotel with suitable living conditions .0/5

We spent four nights here and enjoyed every moment. The staff were friendly, hard working and responsive to our every need or whim. The grounds are beautiful with lots of flowering plants and a lake we canoed on. Lovely in all respects. The room was spacious and the A/CC cold. The swimming pool was very nice. The food though simple was excellent. Transport to Ao Nang and Krabi Town was easy and cheap. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a quiet,enjoyable vacation.

All I like the most is the hotel environment with the beautiful garden. Hotel workers are very friendly and helpful. I don’t like the hotel is a little far away from Krabi Town.

Nice located hotel with beautiful view. A bit older but kept very well. Huge room with big balcony. Lake is covered with waterlillies so paddling a boat is not possible. No Mosquito-net at balcony door, so it has to kept close always. No traffic noise but you hear the frogs from the lake at night. In the room are some lights which cannot switched off, except you also switch the aircon off. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Surpassed all expectations, beautiful hotel very clean and comfortable. A little dated but spotless. Massive hotel with beautiful parkland gardens to walk in. Lily ponds fish and beautiful massive swimming pool with swim up bar. ( swim up bar closed at time of my visit. Outstanding gardens pools and ponds. Tranquil and fantastic views af mountains. Absolutely must go back. Fantastic beautifully presented impeccable staff.

Overall the place seemed run down over the years and need refurbishment. There are other hotels in the area that have better location (i.e.closer to Krabi Town and the beach) The pool bars were closed during our stay (in the high season).

Hospitable place with amazing scenery
They offered complimentary breakfast even though I had booked a room without breakfast, which was a very nice gesture. The infrastructure and the hotel building needs an upgrade, but the food is great and the view over the ponds and pools as a backdrop to the surrounding hills is stunning. All workers were extremely polite and did their utmost to make my stay comfortable.

No Spa! (Mixed review)
I have a mixed review of this resort, because the location and view were outstanding. Truly beautiful and unique with walking paths and lovely pool. The tour office was very helpful with a great selection of day tours. I was disappointed, however, that there is no spa. The word SPA is in the resort's name, after all. The spa is mentioned on Expedia and on the hotel's website. There is a lovely and enticing spa menu on the hotel's website. However there is no spa. I asked at the front desk and was told that the spa was closed for renovations. I asked when it would reopen. No answer. I asked how long it has been since it closed....3 years. That means there is no spa. The pool is large and clean. Beds are uncomfortable (Hard, thin, and oddly lumpy). Although it's a non-smoking hotel, and there are signs saying "No Drones", the large groups of Chinese tourists were smoking and flying their drones around other people's balconies and windows. They were also spitting all over the place, which was disgusting. I was reprimanded by hotel staff for wearing a pool towel back to my room and for wearing my flip-flops too close to the edge of the pool. However, the Chinese tour groups were smoking and spitting and flying their drones invasively, seemingly without reprimands.

Aufenthalt war gut, ist etwas abgelegen und sehr Ruhig. In die Stadt musste man den Shuttle oder ein Taxi nehmen, war ok.Zimmer waren ok Bedienungspersonal bestand Hauptsächlich aus Auszbildenden Frauen und Männer, war ok .

relocated here when travelocity screwed up
Travelocity put us in this shabby, run down hotel after they informed us, (while we were in a taxi en route to our original hotel) that our hotel reservation was cancelled for some inexplicable reason. This was the worst experience of our two week trip. The hotel was in the middle of no where, and in need of upkeep. Absolutely horrible.

Quiet, relaxing stay
This was a 2 night stay before we went home, hotel chosen due to closeness to the airport. Hotel inside was nice, outside areas were outstanding. Staff we're friendly and helpful. The area was very quiet by hotel did arrange shuttle buses to three different areas twice a day am and afternnon, if you wanted to go out in the evening you would have taxi.

The hotel is dated, breakfast need to be improved, the view was spectacular.

Hotellet var i dåligt skick, mestadels av balkongerna var trasiga och poolens klinkers saknades bitvis. Tur att vi bara hade bokat en natt

Останавливались третий раз,всегда был хороший отдых перед отлетом домой-релакс у бассейна,есть пруд с лотосами,птицы поют,обезьянки не надоедают.Вкусная кухня.Коридорная система звукоизоляции мешала спать-всю ночь приезжают и отъезжают туристы,стук чемоданных колес об каменистый пол не даёт уснуть!!!Это очень не понравилосьНе отдохнули..

Hôtel affreux
Hôtel complètement décentré de la ville de Krabi. Chambre sale et mal entretenu. Je n'ai pas pu me doucher sans prendre le risque de finir comme Claude François car la lampe pendait dans la douche. Le balcon était inutilisable. Le bar de la piscine est dans un état digne du souc de Calcuta. Nous avons mangé le premier soir et cela n'était pas bon et nous avions comme déco à côté de la table de belles toiles d'araignées. J'ai demandé de changer d'hôtel et on m'a proposé une nouvelle chambre. On m'a donné une suite ou au vu de la propreté, personne n'avait dû y loger depuis une année tellement elle était sale. Cet hôtel n'est même pas a conseiller à son pire ennemi. Et tout cela est sans parler des cars de chinois qui débarquent le soir et repartent le matin après avoir dévoré tout le petit-déjeuner.

Nice conventions-style hotel with beautiful grounds and pool. It's a bit isolated outside of town, but not too far away, either. Staff was freindly and room was nice with small balcony and view of the lagoon. Large breakfast buffet. In room WiFi not very good.

Hôtel charmant mais vieillissant
Très bon accueil, parc avec lac très romantique et charmant, piscine agréable, petit déjeuner copieux, chambres propres... Mais des détails révèlent l'aspect vieillissant de l'hôtel. De petits travaux et ce serait magnifique !
