ประทับใจกับการบริการของทางโรงแรมเป็นอย่างมาก
เป็นที่พักที่ดูหรูหรา แต่ในราคาที่ประหยัด บรรยายกาศโดยรอบโรงแรมเงียบสงบแม้จะอยู่ในตัวเมือง ด้านหน้าเป็นวิวภูเขาที่สวยงามเหมือนราวกับว่าอยู่ท่ามกลางหุบเขา โรงแรมได้ให้การบริการเป็นอย่างดีเยี่ยม โรงแรมอยู่ห่างจากอ่าวนางไม่ไกลมากนัก สามารถเดินถึงได้ ระยะทาง 1 - 2 กิโลเมตร รวมทั้งโรงแรมมีรถรับส่งระหว่างโางแรมกับชายหาดทุกชั่วโมง ภายในโรงแรมมีสระว่ายน้ำอยู่สองแห่งซึ่งให้ความเป็นส่วนตัวอย่างมาก มีซาวน่าให้ใช้บริการ แต่มีขนาดค่อนข้างเล็ก แยกหญิงชาย คนเข้าไปได้ประมาณแค่ 4 - 5 คนเท่านั้น มื้อเย็นพวกเราได้ใช้บริการห้องอาหารของทางโรงแรม บรรยากาศดีมาก การบริการเยี่ยม และราคาไม่แพง สามารถสั่งชุดอาหารได้ในราคาพิเศษ ซึ่งจะได้อาหารมา 3 - 4 อย่างในชุดกระเบื้องเล็ก เสริมพร้อมข้าวสวย ถ้าเป็นอาหารไทย ซึ่งทั้งอิ่ม และอร่อยมากครับ อาหารเช้ามีหลากหลายชาติให้เลือก แต่ในแต่ละชาติมีให้เลือกไม่มากนัก (ข้าวผัดไข่อร่อยดีครับ) ภายในห้องพักสะอาดดี แม้จะพบฝุ่นใต้เตียงบ้าง ห้องที่เราพักมีบริการเครื่องดื่มฟรี มีอ่างอาบน้ำที่สามารถแช่ตัว และมองวิวไปได้ด้วย แต่ภายในห้องพักก็มีห้องน้ำอีกห้อง และแนกออกจากห้องสูขา มีรองเท้าแตะ และรองเท้าใส่อยู่ภายในห้องให้บริการ ประทับใจกับที่นี่มาก และครั้งหน้าจะหาเวลามาพักให้ได้อีก ขอบคุณการดูแล และการบริการของพนักงานโรงแรมทุกคนมากครับ

Bad service and have no service mind
Since we arrived the hotel, the receptionist is not so friendly maybe we are Thai group seems they were not happy to welcome us, as we spoke Thai to each other the voice is not so friendly at all not smile even we tried to explain that we have 2 cars the other one still get lost as the location of the hotel is in the small lane beside the main road and there is no big sign, just only small orange sign that easy to miss. After that we tried to forget and want to enjoy our trip so one of our friend book the room with pool excess so we went to that room and cerebrated, swim and chatting but the location of the expensive room that my friend booked it's worst as the entrance door is located in front of the kitchen door (you can hear the noise from kitchen) the swimming pool is right in front of the restaurant entrance. We tried to ignore it, and enjoyed ourselves but the waiter in the restaurant told us to be quiet as we were disturb their guest in the restaurant, so seem we are not their guest (we opened 5 rooms for 2 nights). The funny thing and would be my mistake that when we booked the hotel we didn't notice the hotel is Muslim, beginning we went to the restaurant and try to ask the waiter to set up the table at the outdoor beside swimming pool right opposite our friend's room so we can order some food, they denied and told us that we are not allow to drink wine in the public, that we understood and we moved to room and terrace but they still complained, unacceptable.

Really nice property just far enough away from the noise but close enough to walk. Pools are nice. My Vila was nice but a little dated. Had to request a proper clean and amenities replacement on the 6th day. Staff friendly and helpful. Good hotel.

Nice little resort property. A bit of a walk to get to the beach but they do offer a shuttle every hour. Nice views from their breakfast area. Would stay again.

The villa rooms are excellent. Very spacious and thai style close to pool . Cafe breakfast was very good . Hotel a good 15 min walk to bars and restaurants and 30 mins to center . Hadnt realised the hotel was run by muslims hence no bacon for breakfast and no bar serving alcohol!!! Top pool was better as a few bds available but a very steep hill with steps so not for people with mobility problems. Bottom pool nice but people putting towels on the 12 sunbeds at 7am then not showing untill 10am or even going off on daytrips and coming back at 2pm !! Mostly german and russian were doing this .

A nice hotel with two pools and 20min walk from the beach. There was even a shuttle car to/from the beach free of charge for all the hotel guests. A bit surprised that no alcohol was served at the hotel, but you are allowed to drink your own in the rooms. Made the atmosphere much better without drinks roaming around the pool area.

Loved this property. It is up the hill away from the chaos so very quiet and in a lovely garden setting. Loved the upper pool and gym. Brekkie was great. Staff were so lovely. Room was comfy. Would definitely stay here again.

There is great street food in front of the mosque nearby. But the someone from the mosque starts to sing/shout at 5 am every day. Other than that it’s nice and quiet, away from the party near the beach. Rooms are spacious and furnished fine. Could be newer. The elevator makes a loud ding every time it arrives somewhere, that very annoying because you can hear it in your room.

My family had a wonderful stay at the resort. No issues with anything. The shuttle to town area and beach was icing on the cake. Staff was very helpful with booking excursion to Phi Phi Islands- private tour so worth the extra $. We only ate breakfast there and it was good. It was my daughter’s birthday and they surprised her at breakfast with pancakes with candle on top. Great experience. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa which was nice overlooking pool

Thus has been our third stay here. The team from checking in to checking out were fantastic, The resort is in excellent condition, the pools are fantastic breakfast is unbelievable. We used room service 3 of the 7 nights, the quality if the food was top class and huge portions. My congratulations to the management of the hotel. Special mention to Waan in the restaurant at breakfast, she was so friendly and welcoming. What a STAR!!! Also KAE part of the house keeping team, always returned to an impeccable room. We loved our stay and can’t wait until we return next year.

Un vrai havre de paix en pleine ville. Personnel accueillant et disponible. Hôtel magnifique dans une nature luxuriante. Nous y avons séjourné 2 fois 2 nuits. Entre les deux nous sommes partis 3 jours dans une île. Lors du 1er séjour nous avons ete surclassés. A chaque check-in un panier de fruits offert. Point non négligeable, l'hôtel dispose d'une navette pour la plage/ville toutes les heures. Nous l'avons utilisé pour les retours en fin de journée.

Nois etions dans une suite familiale enorme avec tout le confort . Vue magnifique . Les equipement sont complet grandes douches jacuzzi grande terrasse. Petit dejeuner varié, belle piscine . This place is beautiful. The room was exactly how it was in the picture. The staff are nice and friendly. Very peaceful hotel. I got the best massage ever from the spa! The hotel does not have alcohol for sale because they are Muslim. Breakfast was included. Dinning options were available for an additional cost. They also have a very convenient hourly shuttle bus service to Ao Nang beach and the strip with all the small shops and resturants.

Room was not clean when I arrived, and housekeeping was very minimal so it got worse every day. Got woken up on day 3 at 4am by AC ceiling vent heavily dripping on floor and flooding room — called concierge and they took 15 mins to come while the flooding continued. When the maintenance person arrived, he looked at the water on the floor and said he would need to come back — waited over an hour. Breakfast was beyond bad.

Spenderade 4 nätter här i början på min Thailandsvistelse, skulle kunna tänka mig att bo här igen. Hotellet är fräscht, modernt och har de flesta bekvämligheter man kan tänkas behöva. Ligger en bit bort från Ao Nang beach (10 min promenad) men har ändå nära till butiker och bra restauranger. Frukosten var medelmåttig och restaurangen på hotellet likaså, men kvaliteten på rummen gjorde upp för det.

Super luxueus resort, super goede prijs kwaliteit
Superb resort met zeer luxueuze uitstraling van de kamers. Jacuzzi op het balkon. Ligt vlakbij hoofdstraat, maar toch een beetje een achteraf buurt. Niks op aan te merken, maar voor mij miste het een beetje sfeer.
