Dear guest, Thank you for sharing your experience at Forra Dive Resort. We are pleased to read that you liked your stay, Even if they were some minus. Traditional thai bamboo bungalow are not soundproof, because the materail doesn't allow it. We can only hope that every guest is respectful for the quietness of everybody. To avoid the trash, we don't provide toilet paper, soap or shampoo. About the restaurant, it is an independant company that share the place with us. So they open late if you go diving, but the staff at the reception can recommand to you the best early breakfast of the island. Kind regards Forra Team

Dear Betti and Gabor, Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay at our place. However, we do not understand how you can describe our resort as ‘extremely dirty’ and find this rather offending. The bungalows are cleaned thoroughly before check in and also during the stay upon request. All our mattresses were replaced at the beginning of this season and are therefore new and clean as well. The ‘painful rash’ you refer to might be mosquito bites. Unfortunately tropical islands come with lots of mosquitos. Therefore all our beds have mosquito nets keeping you safe at night. However, when leaving the mosquito net open during the day you give mosquitos the chance to come in and bite you during the night. It is smarter to keep the mosquito net closed at all times and therefore lock them out! We hope you recovered fully from the mosquito bites by now and hope you find a more suitable place for you to stay next time. Apparently authentic island style bungalows are not for you…. Dear Alberto, We are sorry to hear that you did not enjoy your stay at our resort. We take complaints of our customers serious and try to mitigate them immediately whenever possible. We offered you to change bungalows within our resort and also checked your room in regards to your complaints. We could not verify that the electricity does not work, nor did we find any rain coming into the room. Mosquitos are around, which is to be expected on a tropical island. We have mosquito coils at the reception and they can also be bought everywhere on the island. They help to fight off the mosquitos. Our bungalows are made of bamboo in a rustic style, but they are maintained regularly to keep the standard up. You booked the bungalow through Expedia with a special last minute offer. The offer states that the booking is non-refundable. We are sorry that the bungalow did not meet your expectations, but they are as described online and shown on the pictures. Kind regards,
