The room and view was excellent. I have never had such great water pressure in the shower at a hotel and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very kind.

The parking garage had construction happening with limited spots and navigating was difficult with a large SUV. The noise level of the jack hammer in the day time was deafening. The hotel had the audacity to charge me $60 for 2 days of parking.... ridiculous, that should have been waved for the inconvenience. Asked for management to call me so i can discuss. No call back.... Terrible Customer Service

Two things I did not like. The coffee maker in the room was antiquated and made terrible coffee and the vinyl floors made the room look cheap. The beds were comfortable and clean as were the bathrooms. The staff were very nice and professional.

Beautiful hotel and great location. Very nice view of the water. Parking garage was under construction and loud noise could be heard through entire hotel from 10am to 4pm, but that is just a temporary project. We could hear the guest in the the room adjoining us through the shared door, so that should be remedied for future guests. Comfortable bed, not so comfortable pillows. Overall a very nice hotel. Would return.

Hardest mattress ever, Cold and drafty room with a very loud heating unit, that was going all night. A big gap under the door to the hallway, so we could hear everything and all the gym goers next door too. $30.00 for parking!!! More than any other city. The staff is lovely. The place is clean. But We wont pay for that shabby hotel again.

Front Staff was amazing. They first put us in a joining room but when we got there, their was a young family next to us. We brought this up and mentioned were in no rush to check in as we understand there was a hockey tourney in town. Manager was amazing and got us another room in now time. Amazing understanding staff. Bartender was great as well.

The hotel is nice with a great location, but it was really noisy at night. I could hear doors banging between 11AM and 2AM, including lots of people using the stairwells. My room wasn't sufficiently soundproof and kept me awake. Additionally, the loud heating unit in the room turned on and off intermittently throughout the night which contributed to the the noise. I wouldn't stay here again.
