1. Front Desk personnel were pleasant, but due to heavy Indian accent were next to impossible to understand. Not a good first impression.
2. When Verizon service became unavailable, I switched to using the landline phone in the room to conduct business. The front desk couldn't not figure out how to transfer an incoming call to my room.
3. The closet was so shallow that the only way the hangers would fit was at a 45 degree angle. Also, the right side of the closet did not have direct access due to a wall. Horrible design flaw.
4. The room only had a shower (no tub), and was in such a small space that you could not place the floor mat down until the door was closed, and it had to be picked up before you could open the door. Another horrible design flaw.
5. The floor vent HVAC system under the window was less than 1 foot from the bed, making it very awkward to get in and out of bed from that side. Strike three design flaw.
6. Made coffee in the room (only one regular coffee pod available), and the first sip had an overwhelming taste of mold. Immediately dumped the remaining down the sink.
Hard to believe that this property is allowed to carry the Hyatt name. Will not be back.
