Nice hotel on the River side
Nice Hotel on the side of River Kwai everything was perfect but the front desk is not available U just have to call and get U own key ,then everything will be just fine, Beautiful resort with colour flowers & Big trees

ควรปรับปรุงสถานที่ให้ดี จริงๆแล้ว รีสอร์ทสวย แต่รก ฝุ่น ต้นไม้ รก ไม่น่าอยู่ นึกว่าร้าง ตามหน้าเพจ รูปริมน้ำ แต่จริงๆ คือ พักริมถนน ห้องน้ำเหม็นมาก สรุป รูปไม่ตรงปก ในห้องดี แต่ด้านนอก ไม่โอเค

スタッフが２名だけで滞在２日目に一人が休みの日に当たりルームクリーニング等が無く付帯のウォーターパークも滞在中オープンせず残念でしたがスタッフの方が一生懸命対応していたので何とか不愉快にはならずに済みました。 後、案内と違い支払いにクレジットは不可で詳細の明細書もなく民宿以下のフロント業務でした

Le cadre est verdoyant au bord de la rivière. Les chambres sont spacieuses et nous étions tout seul. Mais : Pas de reception. Le comptoir se trouve dehors sur le parking avec les velos et le bar. Après avoir patienté 10 minutes, un couple de gardien est venu et a du appeler un responsable pour savoir quoi faire. Un lit a été fait en vitesse car nous etions 3 en chambre triple.... Drap avec tache sur le dessus, menage pas fait avec insectes morts dans la salle de bain le long du lavabo et des toilettes. Bonde de douche encombrée, lavabo qui fuit. Après 1 nuit toilette bouché. Nous avons changé de chambre. Autre chambre spacieuse avec menage trop rapide, pas de papier toilette... Le petit déjeuner n est plus servi sur le ponton mais au rez de chaussée d une des villas. La jeune femme se démène mais les ingrédients ne sont pas de qualité. Pas de vrais jus de fruit. Oeufs et saucisses froides, pain de mie sans aucun intérêt... Il y a une dizaine de velo mais péniblement nous en avons trouvé que 3 en état moyen qu il a fallu regonfler. Enfin j avais demandé à 2 reprises sur le site si l acces à l aquapark était buen compris. On ne m a jamais repondu. Sur place on m a dit qu on allait téléphoner mais j ai du me déplacer sur place. L aquapatk n est ouvert que le week-end. Nous étions dans cet hôtel pour profiter du centre aquatique. C est loupé. Surtout que l hotel d a côté qui porte le nom du parc à une vraie réception et une piscine. Une vraie déception car pas de services

Het waterpark is alleen zaterdag en zondag open. In tegenstelling tot wat er op de site staat, is er geen wasservice, noch gratis water op de kamer. Er waren slechts 3 fietsen beschikbaar voor het hele resort. De airportshuttle is er niet, wel regelen ze het voor je voor 2500 Bath. De lokatie is schitterend, maar je moet wel een eindje lopen voor winkels en restaurantjes.

Give it a miss
Staff were lovely and room is decent but the hotel has seen better days. Breakfast was the worse I have ever had in a hotel. We went for the water park but the water was disgusting.

Amazing, these people were so accomadating, they organized a fishing rod and a BBQ for us and allowed us prepare our own food. Everyone was lovely. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

Shocking
Appalling food - breakfast was the worst I have ever had. It’s served between 8-10, if you don’t get there at 8 there is nothing left and they don’t replenish. Staff are very inattentive and in fact can’t be found half the time. They don’t have their own pool even though they say they do, the waterpark across the road doesn’t open until 12. Would never stay here again.

The room was big. Near water park that was really great! Breakfast on the raft was good experience. (May be not if you are motion sickness person. The raft moved up and down when a boat pass nearby). Staff was polite and kind( but they don’t wear uniforms) There wasn’t good ventilation in the bathroom. There was hair left in the bathroom. There are lots of mosquitoes inside the room when we checked in. We stay two night. In the second morning, we have breakfast on the same table yesterday and found that they didn’t clean the table. Taking more attention about cleanliness would be nice. This place was not look like a hotel. Guesthouse I think. I might stay again if I visit Kanchanaburi and want to stay near the water park.

Lugnt och bra läge på hotellet, nära vattenlandet. Stort fint rum men hårda sängar. Minus för frukost, kalla korvar och kalla stekta ägg, inte mycket att välja på. Fick ofta leta efter folk i receptionen. Efter 3 dagar hade vi fortfarande inte fått städat rummet, fick gå för att säga till, dåligt! Står i beskrivningen att det finns utomhuspool, men finns inte, vet inte om dom menar vattenlandet, blir ju fel i så fall. Kommer inte att boka det här hotellet om vi åker till det här området nån mer gång. 3-stjärnigt?

Good place to stay to visit the local area
The pictures do not represent the real thing.. at least not the room I stayed in. There is breakfast but not very appetizing as it appears to be left from the night before from some restaurant. It’s better to go find your own breakfast in this case as cold eggs, cold sausage or spaghetti is not my idea of a morning meal. The hotel itself is comfortable enough though somewhat dated and showing it’s age. There is no full time front desk and you have to find someone There are bikes if you feel like riding somewhere or the local tuk tuk is very reasonable. Only 40 baht to get back to the resort from the Main Street where the bars and restaurants are. There is a good local buffet with all the seafood you can eat not far from the resort and the bridge on the Kwai is only 10 minutes drive. Overall a good place to spend the night if you are there to see other local places.

Bellissima la villa, zona comoda e bici gratuite. La piscina non era disponibile in quel giorno ma ci hanno prontamente trasferito presso la piscina in altro resort. Non c'è ristorante ma 2 o 3 ristoranti sono raggiungibili a piedi.

Sheets not changed since last guest, blood spots on sheets (not stains, blood!) we were given a downgraded room because the one we booked was not available. Room was very big but filthy! Breakfast was not good either. Don’t stay here!

One of the most pathetic hotel services I have had in all my travels. The hotel was well out of the main area along a darkly lit road south of the Khwae Yai River. When we arrived, the staff did not have our reservation. We then realized we were at the wrong place (Water Park Hotel). They staff quickly pointed us to the adjacent property called "West Wonder Resort and Water Park. It was an easy mistake as our booked hotel had no lighted signage at all. When we searched around the outside front desk, no one was there, and the place looked completely abandoned. After some time, I managed to find what was probably some caretaker in the kitchen. He could not speak any English but promptly made a call to someone who I can only assume was a manager of some sort. She was able to confirm my reservation and subsequently directed the caretaker to give us a key to a room. There was no explanation of any of the amenities or services other than breakfast service time. It looks like we were the only guests staying there as everything was completely empty as if the hotel was not even operating. We woke up early the next morning to make a 6:00nam train to Bangkok and again, no staff anywhere. I had to leave a note at the front desk letting the hotel know I had left the key in the unlocked kitchen. If this is the way this hotel is run, it wont' be in business for long. Do not stay here but choose a hotel on the north side of the Khwae Yai River.

Dommage que ce bel hôtel soit laissé en roue libre Les espaces verts ne sont pas entretenus Au petit déjeuner café lyophilisé à 120 euros la nuit..... Et pas de service à ce petit déjeuner Le buffet était tout seul avec nous Le personnel ne fût pas désagréable mais quasi inexistant Dommage car c’est un bel endroit et de magnifiques chambres qui commencent à vieillir
