This property was awful! The bed sheets and covers haven’t been washed! There was gum and a bunch of pubic hair stuck to it, I asked to switch rooms and she wouldn’t at first … the staff was terrible and didnt care!!! I would really like a refund or something!!!! This was a very awful experience!!!

Was a cheap stay. Room was somewhat clean. The bathroom was rhe worst part. Toliet was not secured. We had the room next to the check in office. Was very loud.

Nice place for the price
Nice place for the money but loud though tons of dogs barking at odd hours. Staff was kind room was clean no shampoo or soap left though. Overall decent place and a lot nicer than others in the area in this price range

The front desk staff are so welcoming and professional! Everything smelled and looked clean .The first room I had didn’t have a remote n some lights we’re working so they politely switched me to another comfortable room for me my sister and our children.. this is one of the best calm red roof hotels I have been in and I will be back for another stay !

For a hotel on the cheaper end it wasn’t too bad. It was close to shopping areas and dining and easy to get to from the highway. Staff was friendly and professional and pleasant. Room needed some work though. Table was worn down and stained in areas and bath tub was stained and dirty looking and the toilet paper roll holder didn’t even fit in the holder so it flew off when you tried to use it. Bed was comfy and looked clean and the free Wi-Fi had great signal. I would stay again for sure.

Disgusting, never again.
Unclean room, broken porcelin in sink and shower. Old vomit on the floor and two molding by the toilet in the bathroom. Dogs barking in the middle of the night and conversations outside my room late at night. The faint smell of smoke in the room and heavy marijuana smell in the morning. Oh, and only one towel available. Disgusting all around. I would never stay in a Red Roof in again.

Upon arriving I reserved a stay the lady at the front desk was very helpful but the room it self was horrible .. dirty sheets , mold on walls . Sink didn’t really work. But a small stream of warm water , ppl running thru the night on the 2nd floor for some reason. Probably wouldn’t stay there again…… ever

It's not the hotel, it's the clientele
I chose the Red Roof because it was the closest to another hotel where we were going to an event, which hotel was sold out. The bargain price should have warned me. The sign at the driveway, "Low weekly rates" was another caution. And several dilapidated cars. The room itself was immaculate and we dropped off our bags and changed for the event. We got back about 10 PM and there were a number of men standing around in the parking lot smoking and talking loudly. This continued until about 2AM. The smoke filtered into our room. A car alarm went off but I didn't want to risk going out and possibly confronting someone. After a few hours of restless sleep we checked out at 6 AM. The management did refund our payment for the second night, which I appreciate.

Definitely stay somewhere else.
The worst hotel experience I’ve ever had! Arrived late Saturday/Early Sunday morning and MI state troopers were on site for a disturbance. We entered our room and immediately noticed it hadn’t been vacuumed. The bathroom door had been kicked in (handle not operable) and the shower head was also broken, and only dribbled water. I was shocked to find no bed bugs but we found nail clippings in one of the beds. I would have demanded my money back but the front desk was closed and after a 20+ hour day I didn’t have it in me to search for another hotel at 2am. We wouldn’t stay here again if it was free!
