We would like to inform you that the Bosphorus Cruise accepts payment via card and cash but there was a problem with your payment which could be because of your bank as our guests always pay them via card without any problem. On the same night, we had two more guests who went on the same cruise and they all paid via card. We took action about your complaint that you mentioned their employee was drunk to the company. We wish you were mentioned about your experience of your stay too. Reading that you neglected the hotel services and prioritized the cruise experience which was not even hotel-provided service during your whole stay made us sad.
