Also, we only have in the suites coffee facilities to decrease our one use items consumption following our environmental measures. Tea facilities such as kettles are available in the Front Desk upon requests for all rooms and Room service is available too. Finally, please note parking space is free of charge and cannot be reserved. We hope in the future the government allows us to close all the parking area to avoid having external people parking. We would like to apologise for any issues you may have encountered and clarify that the serious accusation you made concerning our VAT is not true.We send a proforma to our direct customers whenever they make a reservation and the invoice is always issued the day of arrival of the customer which is given in person to the customer or by email when requested via email. You made your reservation via Expedia and therefore should receive this kind of paperwork from them. Nevertheless, you can send us an email and we can send you the invoice directly to you. This is done daily as a normal procedure.Finally, we would like to clarify the main hotel entrance is from the back side of the building where there is stairs and a comfortable ramp. For the pool access an elevator has been requested however it is the town hall that should grant us the permission. This will come in the future renovations which we hope you can enjoy.Best regards,
