Dear Massiel,Thank you taking time to send us your comments about your stay. We take all issues that can take place during our customer stay very seriously and we do the follow up on them. Our Maintenance department went several times to check the air conditioning in your room during your stay and the temperature was 19º. We been until today traying to find the reason why during your stay you it shut down 2 times at night. We offered the option of changing to a different room but you find it also not cool enough.When Housekeeping staff cleans the hotel rooms they always open the balcony door to air them. We will make sure that when they do so they make sure that no flies enter the room if possible. We are sorry that you found our breakfast buffet with limited options. All the products we have are daily produced and from the best quality.
