Exceptional, probably the best hotel I've stayed in while in Romania. Very clean, amazing quality suite, great staff, great food, close to everything. Reasonably priced, too. Highly recommended! Will never stay anywhere else while in Iasi

I only stayed the one evening and had an early flight the next day so had no meals there. Rooms were clean Bed comfortable I found the room hot and could not turn the ac to cold so slept with the window open Reception was helpful with taxi and luggage

Great hotel in perfect location

A very warm welcome from the reception staff made a great start to our 2 night stay. Very comfortable room with a lovely bed and some space. Hotel location is right by the Piata Cultura at one end of the historic walk of Iaşi old history. Perfect!

Great experience

My 6 year old daughter and I loved this hotel, she actually wrote her own note about how nice the hotel was and wanted to give it to the manager. She wrote “I don’t like this hotel, I love it!” The hotel was extremely clean, food at the hotel restaurant was EXCELLENT, very friendly staff! The WiFi was very spotty, we had a WiFi signal only in the bathroom. But overall we had a great experience!

So bad it was almost funny!

It’s been 5 years since I last stayed here and it has really gone downhill. Check in was awful, the staff were really miserable and the manager was walking around eating a bowl of cereals and scowling at everyone who seemed to get in her way. We asked for a quite room on a high floor and got a 1st floor room next to elevator. The room was unbelievably small and when I asked for a bigger room I was charged an extra 140€. The bigger room was substandard, TV was not working, shower was leaking as the seal was missing. Reported the TV and was told ‘nothing we can do about it’ - shocking. The service did not get any better. Difficult to find positives for the hotel now apart from its location. Best avoided unless they get some serious staff training including management. How it gets such a high score is beyond me.

Stayed at the Ramada for a conference. Rooms were very nice, the breakfast was good, and even the mini-bar didn't break the bank. Would recommend.

Great location

Great location in the heart of Iasi by the Palace and shopping mall. My only issue was that they turn the A/C off during the winter months (Even though during the day its still 20 degree's +) so had to keep my window open which was opposite noisy bars playing music.

Perfect for a short business stay

Ramada Hotel in Romania

The hotel is downtown, close to the Palace, a historical building with great architecture and few exhibits. Also near the Mall, few famous monasteries, a huge park, plenty of terraces with excellent food, open until midnight. The hotel is fairly new, modern rooms, free wifi, very clean, its own parking lot. The cabs are easily available, the customer service is nice, and the breakfast provided is very good. We stayed at this hotel before, loved it, booked it again!

One of the best hotel in Iasi

Very well located hotel in city center, just in front of Palas mall and Garden, only 200 meters from Castle. Rooms and hotel are very nice and breakfast at good level

Great location

Next to Palas Mall and the Palace of Culture, the hotel is basically in the heart of it all. Plenty of terraces, bars within hand’s reach and not too loud, not after midnight anyways.

Très bon Hotel

Excellent Hotel. sauf cette fois ci au début du printemps. Ayant connu un rude hiver, ils ont coupé le système d'aération et seul le chauffage fonctionnait. Normal me direz vous, mais début printemps il faisait 22 degrés dehors et 29 degrés dans la chambre fenêtre ouverte et chauffage éteints. En soit ce fut ma seule fois ou j'ai mal dormi dans cet hôtel après 7 visites
