Carpet in room was filthy , toilet was clogged ( not by us ). Door keys would not work , staff very helpful but had to use master key to get us in. Pool and hot tub filthy . Stayed here a year ago and had no issues like this at all.

The staff members I had contact with were all friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. There were some loose tiles on the bathroom floor which were a bit hazardous, especially at night.
