It is a budget hotel, not the Ritz. Bearing that in mind, i had a great 4 weeks there. The room was nice, spacious, and serviced daily. Staff were fabulous, and the location, for me, was spot on. I like to walk daily, and shops, restaurants, and evening entertainment were all close to hand. Great beach just 5 minutes walk away, and on baht bus route.

The room was very spacious and decorated with beautiful wood carvings. Staff always pleasant and helpful. Good value for the low price. Great massage salon next door too

Check in was easy, the room was clean and spacious, but run down. We were told the TV didn't work. I also learned there was no hot water. They tried fixing it but to no avail. No offer for a discount or any other solution. The accommodations themselves were threadbare, water stains in the ceiling. The location is ideal but I'd not return to this one. Waste of money.
The picture i was shown when booking the room was completely diffrent i suffered from sore throat once i started brushing my teath so i put a glass of water in a glass to find cloudy brown water so i started using bottled water i dont know how this is a sujte room do they mean worthers originals anway only come here if you are happy to catch a infection also i complained on my first day but no one cares so what type of hotel is this cant say no more dont waste your money here.

Good stay
The only complain I have about this hotel is the stairs I had to climb all the way up to the top floor after a long day travel and the shower in the bathroom. The shower space is so tiny that basically you can try to picture yourself sitting in the toilet and showering at the same time. Other than those two, hotel was a great place to rest.

Decent location
Nicha is a few minutes walk from a western mall offering the complete mall experience. At the mall there is a footbridge and also a dedicated crossing point with which to cross the road . The beach is then a few minutes walk away . The hotel is good and there is good parking on a grass site behind down a narrow alley. The room was spacious and comfortable but the hot water can take two minutes to flow thru . Persevere as is is a good powerful shower . There is a good trad Thai noodle and rice restaurant two doors down and a German bakery with cafe five doors up . All in a good stay

Hua Hin Hols.
The Room was a good size but not as good as the picture in the advertisement. The room was clean and a good air conditioning, had good Wifi connection. The safe was broken so they moved us to another room which was good. Staff were friendly. Location was close to beach, but the nightlife and shopping area was a few kilometres away. And the local taxis expensive.. Saw plenty of other rooms available a lot cheaper and closer to amenities. Over all was ok.

Very good value for money.
The wardrobe area and draws a bit shy. The mattress on the bed was smaller than the wooden base;It was an obstruction and caused bruising on the legs when in conflict.

Very solid for the price and location.
This is a good hotel considering the location and the room. It is a clean and basic room. Good bed. Hot water and cold ac. There is not much to it but it is just fine. It is near a skybridge. 10 minute walk to the beach if you walk slow and it is a 5 minute walk to Bluport shopping center.

Room was big and clean but the wifi didn't work in our room. When the staff came to check to see if it worked on her phone then the wifi worked with our door open but not when it was closed. Hotels on a very busy street with lots of traffic noise at night.

Well priced luxurious rooms but hire a bike.
I would stay there again. The rooms were awesome. Very nice fit out with wooden sculptures and ornate features throughout the room. If you don't have a motorbike/cycle/car then it might be a little far from the action (5 minutes ride down the road). Pick a higher floor to minimise noise issues and for a glimpse of the ocean.

the airport bus stops next to this hotel from BKK, you can transfer to samui or Phuket or take the bus back to the airport, room are clean but no amenities except coffee maker, easy walk to beach

Dont go there!
Not 3 star hotel. No Spa. Shower in toilet area of 1m2. Staff don't speak English. Had to argue to use computer. Although room clean, bedlinen was old and had holes in it.

Comfortable rooms, close to the beach
I booked this hotel because of the design of the rooms, and I was very satisfied at arrival. For a good price we got a good bed, white crisp linnens, and large comfortable pillows. The lobby was also nice. Plus for waterboiler and nescafe for the morning. It is also close to the beach. I recommend this hotel.

Clean, modern, nice beds!
A good 15 minute walk to the bars and restaurants. Taxis not cheap enough for backpackers. Clean, fresh, spacious rooms (we saw several before choosing), staff helpful with limited English, pretty quiet area. Would definitely recommend at the price but if you want to walk out of your hotel into the bars look to be below Soi 67.

Nice cheap hotel, if you don't mind a little walk to town
The hotel was just fine for what we needed. Not too expensive, just a clean and comfortable room not too far from town. It was about a half hour walk on the beach to get to the centre, or 100 baht in a taxi. There's restaurants and massage nearby the hotel too, which is a bonus. My experience was just fine.

We had to extend our stay and the staff were very obliging. The hotel itself was at the end of a block of 6/8 3 story townhouses. The hotel had been renovated extremely well. It gave the atmosphere of a 2 star hotel in Paris . No lift so the porter and you needed to carry the bags up the stairs. In the room the bed -a king - was very comfortable , the shower excellent once warmed up. We had no view as such but you don,t stay in the room for the view. It was a 15 min walk to the biggest shopping centre in Hua Hin and there were amny tuck tucks, or taxi,s just outside the door. It is almost next to the big bus terminal so a deluxe bus is available from Bangkok and other points in Thailand (aircond, excellent seats etc ) for 320 baht X airport The staff were very good and of the 4/5 only one spoke reasonable English but they were always helpful. Would we go back again yes. It is not a resort as there is no pool . It is an efficient hotel at excellent value

The Hotel like so many looks and sounds better on the advertisement. No view from the room, had to walk to get a taxie, staf was friendly, breakfast was not so great. The decore of the room was of thai style and it looked good. In walking distance to the beach. Would have liked a microvwave to heat drinks of food.

A Good Base for Hua Hin
Easy to find and in itself quite a find. Staff more than helpful and friendly. Room both comfortable, well equiped and quiet. Nice relaxing decor and pleasant atmosphere. Recommended for a stay. Did not eat at the hotel so no comment as regards food. Overall good value and enjoyable stay.

When I arrived I walked past the hotel as the exterior looked derelict and was shocked when I saw the name by the entrance. However I had a room at the rear which was ok. The one thing I did not like was the fact that the shower shared the same space with the wc so as well as a wet wc after a shower extra care had to be taken to ensure that toilet paper did not get wet.

The staff in this hotel is extremly serviceminded. We arrived in the early morning after à nighttrain and got the possibility to take à shower and was served à cup of coffee before walking to the beach. Which is only 5 min walk away and good. The suroundings are not good but 15 min walk from the hotel is a great shoppingcenter. 100 thb fix price to the city with tuktuk. Room very clean with the best beds in Thailand so far.

We booked the superior room. When we arrived and were shown the room it faced a very busy highway thus very noisy even with the balcony door closed. We requested a quieter room at the back of the hotel at a cheaper price. The hotel could not refund the difference but offered spa service for the difference in the price of the room which we used. Hotels normally do not charge your cc before you arrive but this one did which I found odd. We had 750 baht left and the staff allowed us to stay in our room until 9:30 pm so we can catch the bus to Krabi without paying for a full day. The staff was very helpful.

Nice peaceful hotel, little far away from all happening places.Main road is between city center and its make little difficuld all , but if you use cheap taxies or rent a bike is not proplem at all !

Nicha Hua Hin - May Want to Avoid
We rented two deluxe rooms at the Nicha Hua Hin hotel and there were few hotels available due to the flooding in Bangkok displacing people. The hotel had a nice lobby and the rooms had Thai wood handicrafts and fairly nice decor. The Negatives: 1. Staff speaks little or no English. 2. The hotel is on Soi 98 a very long walk to anything and Tuk Tuk are limited and expensive. 3. Staff not overly helpful at times. 4. Dont expect anything beyond one star or 2 star service. 5. Rooms are very noisy facing the street, all night long. You have to leave the Aircon on just to sleep due to the noise and its still uncomfortable and noisy. The bathroom is hot and stuffy since there is no Aircon for the bathroom and has an open air window to the outside for ventilation. Overall, I would not stay at this hotel. If you want less expensive or a boutique hotel feel, there are other choices. We spent most of our time at the Intercontinental across the way and had a great experience with fantastic food, drinks and atmosphere and service was top notch. I only wish they had rooms available at that time.

The hotel would need a renewed but is still well kept and managed. The staff is fantastic, helpful, ready for any request and always smiling. Excellent location to 1 min walk from the mall, 2 min walk from the beach and 30 min walk or 5 with taxi from the city center. I enjoyed a lot stay at Nicha and I had a really great time, I'll be back for shure. Thanks a lot for everything!!! L'hotel avrebbe bisogno di una rinnovata ma è comunque ben tenuto e gestito. Il personale è fantastico, disponibile, pronti per qualsiasi richiesta e sempre sorridente. Posizione ottima a 1 min a piedi dal centro commerciale, 2 min dalla spiaggia and 30 min o 5 con taxi dal centro. Soggiornare al Nicha è stato davvero una bello e ci tornerò sicuramente. Grazie di tutto!!!
