Everyone in the hotel had at least a 24 hour illness I believe from the air con breakfast Not worth paying the xtra for not enough sun beds

The outside areas are ok, like a holiday camp. Quite pleasant pools, however there are something like 200 people staying there at one time & 3 sun loungers. The internet also doesn't work. We booked 'deluxe' , it most certainly wasnt. The rooms were dated & quite shabby. Shame really because with a bit of investment they could have electric locks, working internet, comfortable beds, updated rooms & call it a luxury resort, easily charge more. As it is there are better options , we decided to only stay a night and stayed in a couple better for less money

super rue staff! won't even stay for free there. did not even bring shampoo or towels for me. so I do not recommend this place at all

It was good for the price. The wifi didnt work really well. Breakfast was the same everyday and the eggs were always cold like they were cooked the day before and refridgerated. Staff were very friendly especially Gee who owns the bar in reception.

Decent one..Dont go with expectations
Its near to Patong Beach and Bangla road.. but the resort is bit a old styled one ... Bathroom stinks and they dont provide buggy you have to walk a lot if your room is in last row of resort

Great Place
Friendly personnel, great location, bungalows are new which makes it pleasant to stay. The only thing to outline is WiFi, purchased for extra money it wasn't working well, so I gave up using WiFi.

Perfect for us
We liked this place. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. We booked a poolside room. Perfect for our 6&7 year old as the beach was closed. Great location! If I could change two things it would be nice if there were more than one key as the kids kept shutting the door anf locking us out by accident. Aldo, it made it impossible for couples to go off on their own. Secondly, i would have liked bellboy service for older people and those traveling with smaller children.

I booked for 2 weeks through Expedia - from the first to the 16th of April. After arriving in Patong I decided to visit Chiang Mai for seven days. I asked the hotel staff if I could stay at the Natural Resort for 3 nights then take a seven day break and have my remaining eleven nights when I got back. There was clearly some misunderstanding between the staff and myself. I was told that they would keep my room and that would be OK. I returned to the Natural Resort on the 11th and re occupied my room - however I was asked to vacate my room on the 16th so I lost seven nights that I had paid for.The hotel staff said that because I'd booked through yourselves - they could not offer any flexibility - and had to comply with your voucher. I couldn't understand that. So I had to pay for another seven nights. I will be moving away from Expedia in the future

The natural resort was a good hotel your average however staff do not know basic English and are very unsociable. They do not provide blow dryer or iron even I feel you request this in advance.You have to pay for every thing even for a extra towel.

Nice Experience
Called up a day before checkin and the staff confirmed the booking.The ambience is very good and the hotel is located near to Patong beach. Staff were very courteous, helped me in booking the taxi for 4 am pickup to airport. Should provide Wifi service in the room, as of now wifi can be accessed only in reception area.

We arrived late and checked in with out a hitch ! Then after 24 hours of travel we had to carry our own bags to the room . The room was really basic ! No kettle ! No hot water at both sinks and the shower was Luke warm ! The tv didn't seem to have English so could not watch it ! Unless ur Russian lol !

The hotel is well situated,within walking distance of beach and all restaurants and markets.The staff should learn to smile more and speak english.They could also be more helpful.Overall ok,but bear in mind the cost was not expensive at all.Breakfast staff need to be friendlier and accomodating.the gardens

객실 내에서 와이파이 안됩니다. 패스워드를 넣어도 자주 끊기고 안됩니다. 그리고 도착해서 조식을 신청 했는데 거부했습니다. 비용을 지불한다고 해도 거부했습니다. 적절한 설명도 부족했고 리셥션 직원들의 태도는 매우 불친절했습니다. 하지만 자연친화적이고 가성비 객실은 그런대로 만족했습니다. 그러나 화장실 샤워기 호스가 없어 아이 씻길때 매우 불편했고 수압도 너무 약해서 매우 불편했습니다.

Находится на третьей линии. Номерной фонд в данном отеле значительно отличается. Новые бунгало с бассейном гораздо лучше номеров в основном корпусе,при этом разница в стоимости минимальная. Завтрак не брали, поэтому ничего сказать не могу. В этот отель туроператор АнексТур привозит много русских '' пакетных'' туристов, которые в основной своей массе очень шумные, поэтому , если хотите тишины поищите другой отель. Персонал очень приветливый.

Tutto era bellissimo. La stanza, la piscina il parco. . La colazione era pessima. E ci è successa una cosa bruttissima. Una sera tornando in camera ci siamo trovati la camera con un lucchetto più grosso della porta. Ci avevano chiusi fuori e non sapevamo più dove era la nostra roba. . Dopo un ora ci hanno riaperto la camera. Ma non vi dico cosa ci aveva combinato. Tutta la nostra roba era stata impacchettato . E la roba del frigo era andata a male. Un disastro
