I had to tell other guests to be quiet very loud . Dont expect WIFI it doesnt work only hotel stayed at 9 so far this trip this is only one no internet. Glad only one night as very old and not the cleanest .

7 nights, cool concept of privacy for hostels, but very old and very dirty rooms, I had to ask for them to change the bed sheets because of the dust. Room with dirty slipper(found a nail sticker in mine) and dirty cabin, was full of some dark fluid in the walls (looks like spilled soy sauce) I was desperate and cleaned with some wet tissues to be able to sleep the first night. Only one woman bathroom, always smelling awfully, the other guests never respected the "only women floor". The workers were very nice and respectful!

Limited staff, the front counter seen to be close after 1 am. There is a bathroom in the room, but there is no shower of a sink. The sink have to be shared out in the hall way while the shared shower us on the top floor.

NOT RECOMMENDED. I am not a frequent traveler, but out of all the Airbnbs and hotels I have stayed in Japan and even Southeast Asia, this is the one of the worst 3. Background: I stayed in a private room, private shower, with 2 twin beds. Reason: 1. The hotel is dated by current standard. a. While most public and restaurant restrooms have toilet with bidet, the bathroom in this hotel room has no bidet. Bidet is a standard feature of any Japanese toilet and this toilet is below the standard. b. The plastic on the light switch cover, electric outlet cover, and AC remote has turned yellow due to age. The part of the AC that sits inside the holder remains white. c. The TV in the hotel room is smaller than 32” TV. Per iPhone’s measure app, it’s about 22-inch, which is smaller than common computer monitor. d. The room has concrete floor with obvious chipped paint. e. The room uses key, and not an electronic card key system. 2. The hotel room shower is small. I am considered skinny by most people. I find myself touching the shower curtain as I turn around in the shower. 3. The hotel is vey close to the train track. There is a slum across from the hotel. You can see trash starting to build up on the sidewalk extending into the street next to get train track, people sleeping on the street next to the train track. Use Google Map to see it yourself. 4. Poor insulation. I can hear next door using water using the shower.

I'm not a picky person but I wasn't able to last two hours in this hotel. The room was dirty and smelled like marijuana. The walls are paper thin and I was able to hear EVERYTHING everyone on the same floor did. Staff were rude. Even for the price, I can't recommend this hotel to anyone.

I have stayed here before. This time it was not so good. Did not get the room that I wanted. Could have been my goof. Had to pay more for it. I said no thanks. The capsule room was very small. The train noise was okay, but at 02:30 the noise in the hall was very loud for 3 nights. The staff was very nice. I would stay there again but make sure Hotel.com gets my booking right.

A nice budget hotel with options for private or shared baths. I got a room with private bath, but went to check out the shared baths. One floor is men's only, and another is women's only. Both have a nice lounge area. There is also a common kitchen area, but you may have to wait to use the stove at meal times. The staff is friendly and courteous.

Great little spot!
Pros: cheap, convenient, and a nice change from hostels, since you get your own room. Cons: it can be noisy, as the rooms don't fully close off from the hallway, and the male shower situation is annoying for a Westerner. If a toilet stall on each floor was converted to a shower stall it'd be perfect. Area is "rough" for Japan, but that just means you might see a drunk person as you walk around. In reality, it's well served by public transit and within walking distance of all sorts of fun stuff!

Good location to Shin Imamiya Station
If you need a place close to Shin Imamiya Station (eg transfer to the airport, going to Koya-san, etc), this place is excellent since it is just next door to the station entrance (Nankai Line). Check in is easy and the front desk looks like they speak a number of languages. Downstairs common area is good but I felt the upstairs corridors, common bath, and bedrooms were very bare bones and unclean/old compared to some of the other hostels/hotels we've stayed at for similar prices. Nevertheless, it's great for a stay when you need to be close to the station

The hotel could not find our reservation at first and took sometime to correct it. Other than it's convenient location to Shin Imamiya station, the hotel is below standard. Room and shared bathroom were dirty. Many homeless around the hotel, doesn't seems safe.

Nice stay, near direct train line to KIX Airport and easy to walk to many in-town destinations. Fully recommend for budget stay coz overall amenities are fine enough for stay. (also near a very best price Supermarket)

Clean, nice location, great shower, they made different floor for women & men making me feel safe. Neither accept using their telephone and receive the message from your freind for you. A little bit noisy (depends on who stays next room) -when they shut the door, the fridge was in the corridor then people closes the door roughly
