This property is lovely. Staff is extremely accommodating. The area is absolutely beautiful for walking, lots of stores and easy access to Oxford Street.

Where to begin! Check in and check out slow with surely staff. Asked twice for twin room before stay and they issued a double. Ordered taxis which they forgot to order. Had to ask 4 times for tea at breakfast. Cooked breakfast very poor quality and cold. Still sorting out invoice as they have double charged for breakfasts. The service at this hotel has sadly declined since I last stayed there a few years ago. The concierge staff and parking staff were excellent. Their reception and waiting staff could learn a lot from them as regards quality service.

We moved to the Hyatt from another hotel and it did not disappoint. Right from the king size bed, room size and the bathroom. They also have us complimentary breakfast as it was my wife’s birthday

Location is good, property itself feels a bit dated. Overall a bit disappointed considering the usual brand quality, the draining in our sink and bathtub started backing up water for no reason in the middle of the night.
