Great location between Cha-Am and Hua Hin. Especially weekdays not to crowded and overall few western tourists. Very friendly staff and warm atmosphere.
Unfortunally hotel is close to be up to a refurbishment. E.g. shower head loose, furniture partially run-down.
Nonetheless, overall it‘s an absolute recommendation if you‘re looking for a nice and calm retreat close to the beach.

Bad experience
The hotel is off center thus will cost you approximate 400-500 bath each way. Even the hotel provide free shuttle to town but there are only 3 times a day. The room is dirty when checked in with item from previous guest left in the fridge. The room is nice but only in clean condition on the last day after my checked-in review is posted and the management read it. My recommendation is rather be consistent than reactive to guest's review. The nearby beach is not good for swimming. Lack of English seem to be the communication with staff. There seem to be only one front desk staff at the time who can serve you in English as the result the other seem to try to avoid you as much as they can. Facilities seem to be very limited, for example, only 1 toilet roll is provided for the room of 3 people per day, tissue box are not refilled, my son had sprained wrist and asked for an ice bag ended up to pay 70 baths for the bucket of ice. The hotplate provided in the room photo are non-functional and we were told that it is for decoration only. Overall unless the housekeeping standard is improving together with the quality of the facilities I would not recommend this hotel

The hotel is quite old. The hot water for shower is not consistence, getting cold and hot when taking shower. And my rooms shower part door is not fit and always make annoying sounds if we didn’t close very very slowly.

1. Operator called to my room at 1 am while we were deep sleep asking that whether I turned on TV because it interrupted the room next to me. Actually, all of my family went to bed at 10 pm, but she still asked my kids room.
I thought hotel man has to come to investigate the TV noise in front of each neighbor room door instead of calling to every room. After ten minutes, I called back to operator telling her that it was not polite to wake up guests like this because I took one more hour trying to sleep again.
2. The cleaning crew came to clean my room at 6:00 pm while I have kept calling operator to clean 3 times.

toilet was not clean. it got moulds. under the sofa bed was never clean.

Friendly staff with service minds. Maybe they are the best part of the hotel. The room (deluxe) is a bit older than expected but spacious. Breakfast was not included which was disappointing due to the high room rate.

An average stay
It was a very mediocre stay. The staff were very friendly but the general manager wasn't. A very money conscious hotel. The pictures look good on the website but the room was so so. A 3 star at max. Was not worth what we paid for Thailand standards. The pool also wasn't that great. A bit dirty on the sides. I would pay a bit more and get much more comfort and luxury. There are plenty hotels nearby that offer better value.

Vi havde en rigtig god og fantastisk ferie. Hele vores familie var med , så vi var i alt 15 personer og var.tilfredse alle. Vi manglede nok at der var lidt mere faciliteter omkring massage , noget med neglemanikure , ansigts makeup, og noget for børn så som spille rum ,legerum. ellers var vi meget tilfreds
Hotel staff etc all were excellent with warm welcoming. Service from one hotel to another was very good. The only draw back was no mirrors in the bedroom only in washroom.

Beautiful
I stay for few day but the lock is spoil on the balcony...and the housekeeping didt no change the bed sheet everyday only put it back as well.
The place is great when traveling in a large group. It's not the most romantic place if you travel by yourself.
Website has spelling and grammatical errors. Emailed them a fix, I hope for their success but I also feel it's a miss and there are potentially better places for less.
