Overall had a great time! The room was as advertised, we were on a higher floor so could not hear noise from downstairs bar or outside. We were allowed to check in quite a bit early which was greatly appreciated. Staff were friendly.

The Eaton is in a great location near Temple Street Night Market, and close to the Metro to go everywhere. The rooms are well insulated and quiet. The terrace lounge and rooftop pool are great amenities. Their spaces for cultural activities such as art, films, etc. makes this a vibrant place. Once we discovered the food hall, we ate there several times. There is a good variety of dining options within the Eaton and they are all very popular. Staff is helpful and the facilities were very clean. Would really recommend the Eaton for those who want to be in the middle of everything and close to public transit.

これまでひとりでも夫と二人でも何回も貴ホテルに泊まりました。今回も日本人の友人４人（私達以外に部屋三つ）を連れて泊まったように、イートンHKのファンです。しかし、これまで一番部屋が小さくて、使いにくいと感じました。私は同ランクの部屋のいろんな種類を経験しました。二人が泊まる場合、二人がより快適に過ごせるように家具が配置される部屋にするように配慮していただきたいと思います。

This is the third time I stayed at this property because I like the location. It's close to MTR station, food, and shopping. I didn't like our room so much this time because it is very small and no room to unpack at all. The carpet needs to be replaced also.

Overall a nice hotel but overpriced for what it is. The room was much smaller than the photos online indicated. I had a few hours between checkout and my flight and asked if I could wait by the pool but this was rejected. This has never been an issue with other hotels and the way FOH house handled it was disappointing. The check-out was also quite abrupt. Breakfast was good though.

Staff were quick and helpful. Very fun place. The food hall was amazing! Rooms are clean and quiet hallway. Loved the amenities, such gorgeous scents. Very happy to be in the middle of the area and have a quiet spot to relax in.

Easy check-in and check-out. Booked two rooms and managed to have them next to each other. Several dining options and must admit the Yat Tung Heen Restaurant food was flawless. Haven't tasted better food anywhere else. Very helpful staff. Rooftop pool was lovely and warm. Glass lift gave you a great view. Rooftop bar was enjoyable too.

This is our 4th time at the Eaton in Hong Kong and as expected it was good. The price is ok for the area, the hotel is clean and well kept, and the staff was helpful and accommodating. We will certainly stay there again on our next trip to Hong Kong and recommend the hotel for family stays.

Old but nicely renovated hotel. Communication with the staff after making the reservation was smooth, I like it. The hotel has good transportation links, making it convenient for dining and sightseeing. To check out, just put your room key in the box, so you don't have to worry about missing your flight!

we did like the property location and the staff were good. we didnt like the very small room I have stayed 3 previous times and the rooms were a lot better We didnt like the breakfast arrangements, the room was very cold with the airconditioning. the food was spread around over a big area and by the time we made our selection and got back to our table was nearly cold which was not helped by the enameled metal plates. The staff were constantly trying to clear our table which gave us no time to relax over breakfast .

The lobby… is a little absurd. I don’t know why every time when we need to go back to hotel room and we have to go through a lot of smoking people. This is absolutely not good for toddlers in baby cars.

The room is extremely small even measuring under the Hong Kong Standard. However, the breakfast is rated one of the best. Mr. Wu who managed Astor is professional and helpful. Many shopping and eating options can be found around the hotel.
