I booked this last minute for the convenience as I had an early flight out and I wanted shuttle service. When it comes to service, it is definitely a 5/5. Pick up and drop off from airport was easy and seamless. They even called at 345am to ensure I was still going for 4am shuttle. They actually have a mall that is walking distance and after 5, there was a market that opened up behind it. For me, this was perfect as I wanted last minute souvenirs from the mall and street food from a market. The room itself is ok. Its not the best nor the worst, so if you need a place to rest your head while still being able to access food and shuttle, this is a perfect spot

Older fixtures but well kept and clean. Very friendly staff and speaks good English. Close to the airport with shuttle service. Great choice for a short stopover in BKK.
