The room we stayed first night was small and the sink wasn’t drain well this room was booked by our tour trips. Second night we booked the bigger room ourselves both rooms had a same problem with heating and air conditioning. My rooms were hot when we checked in, we called front desk to help us to adjusted our room temperature, they told us to open the windows to get fresh air. They told us the hotel was old so they heated the whole building with set temperature, only air conditioning can adjusted low, medium, high. We asked can we turn on the air conditioning but we been told don’t do that because the heat will come out not air??? We had to open the windows for both days. We never experienced anything like this with big chains likes Marriott, they should let people know their property conditions up front before customers book the room.
