Dear Orbitz, Firstly may I thank you for taking the time to leave a review as guest feedback is invaluable for us to know the areas in where we can improve, and secondly I would like to offer you my sincere apologies that our normal expected standard of service was not lived up too for you at this time. I cannot make any excuses at all as at the moment I am aware that our service is running a little slower than we wish for, this is solely due to the resort having full occupancy which is a blessing for us after certain recent events, but unfortunately we are not able to have the full team on duty as cost saving is in place to try and recover a little from the previous mentioned.
