The location was great and the food service in the morning was also great. I forgot to include my almost 2 year old in the reservation and wanted a toothbrush for him... But they only gave me an adult size... Which I thought was weird..
Location is excellent to all different places especially to the cruise terminal.

Hotel JAL City is OK for a short time stay! I just wanted to remind you that you should provide request for a non smoking room if you don’t smoke! We are non-smokers however the front desk staff said that we had not requested for a non-smoking room. Due to no more non-smoking room at that day, we need to accept a smoking room. The room is acceptable after the usage of the air freshener.
The hotel room was roomy ( 2 twin beds, but setup back to back like king). One of the roomiest hotels we stayed in Japan. The value was great. The hotel is close to Chinatown, and Yamashita park (port). Great location! The staff was friendly and great, too!

Liked: Cleanliness
The place is clean. The staff are friendly and fantastic. Close to restaurants and Chinatown.
Close to the ship terminal.
My only negative I noticed is no free bottled water.
Excellent location: 10 min walk to cruise terminal; 5 min walk to Chinatown Yokohama. Less than 10 min walk from Haneda limo bus stop if you took the limo bus from Haneda Airport. Staff especially the manager is super friendly and helpful. I’d definitely stay here again.
We only stayed on night before our cruise and have to say the hotel was amazing. Not because it was super fancy, but the rooms were super clean and the staff were absolutely fantastic, especially the man in the front desk who told me he spent sometime in Canterbury a few years ago. A credit to JAL hotels.
