Totally unsafe! Everone can reach each floor without any confirmation from elevator. Also I put come back later sign but my neighbour steal it for 2 times! I told reseption, and manager they didn’t take any action. This is a huge security problem for our stay.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. For the location, the price is so incredibly reasonable. It’s clean and the staff super welcoming from the moment we arrived. Next time we are in NYC, we’ll book here again

The location was perfect for going shopping, Central Park, museums, and public transportation. The staff were helpful and friendly. Overall, the hotel was clean, updated, and very accessible.

There was someone clearly smoking cigarettes in the room next to me the whole time I was there. My entire hotel room and bathroom smelled like cigarettes.

This was a great finding for the price. You cannot beat this location right next to fifth avenue and other major venues. Staff was great and we received an excellent service. Thank you.

The room was clean and spacious. We did have a issue with not e cough cups and that the shower gel was never refilled, but when we asked, room service took care of it for us. The front desk staff was very friends and helpful. All in all a great stay. And very central! We had food, shopping and access to all the mayor attractions right there.

La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, está justo en el centro y te permite disfrutar de la cuidad bien. Sin embargo, el hotel tiene mucho ruido; nuestra habitación era bastante pequeña; el baño tenía ducha con cortina; la habitación era fría incluso con la calefacción en el máximo, las toallas ni secaban por ser tan frío; solo uno ascensor funcionaba, entonces teníamos que esperar muchísimo o subir por escaleras los tres pisos. Por lo general, lo único bueno fue la ubicación del hotel.

I booked with breakfast included. What you actually get is a voucher for the hotel’s restaurant hardly covering the price of a coffee!

The room was very nice and clean. The TV was a problem because the name of the station did not match the show. an example the title said CNN, but the TV show was Sponge Bob. So, you would have to go one by one to see what was on that station. The major problem, one elevator was broken so there was a long wait for the elevator every time and they were packed. I assume there was no service elevator because the maids and linen service was always using the elevators. We used the stairs several times (5th floor). The staff was nice but not helpful but they tried. The experience was not what we are use to with Hilton.

We had a great stay here and would go again. Decent-sized rooms. Friendly staff. The only issue is the lack of elevator service. Only one was working, and that made for very crowded trips and long waits. The staff even has to use the same SOLE elevator, which is inconvenient for them too. And from what I read, this is not a new issue. Not sure why it can't be fixed.

Had a nice stay here, staff were lovely and the location was amazing, most NYC attractions were in walking distance. The only issue we had was the broken elevator which meant long waiting times for the elevator that did work.

The staff was very helpful and friendly. We were able to park in the city parking garage behind the hotel, which was very convenient. The shower in our room was probably the best hotel shower I have ever had! The pressure was great and it got nice and hot. So if you like a hot shower this place is for you! Our room was also very clean and the bed was comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Excellent location and impeccable service!! One elevator only so line for getting to your floor was atrocious. That made it very difficult to get to our room each time.

Great location to the sites we wanted to be near. Room had a view of Radio City. However wished the bathroom was more private, door was glass and did not make me feel comfortable to friend in the room. That aside, I’m glad we stayed there

very well located, only problem is that one elevator was broken which made the circulation between floors terrible

Nur ein Fahrstuhl verfügbar! Von 8 Tage Aufenthalt hatte wir nur einen Tag 2 Fahrstühle zur Verfügung. Dadurch kam es oft zu hohe Wartezeiten.

This hotel is right in the middle of the action in Manhattan. Ideal location and accessibility to the main streets. The rooms are clean and well kept. During our visit there was an issue with one of the two elevators which made getting in and out quite an inconvenience. But, we pressume that, once that is solved, no other problems should come up. Staff is friendly, helpful and goes the extra mile (All of them smiled, said hello and wanted to ensure everything was going well.) Shout out to Mila and Ivan at the front of the house. They are rocking it!!! For the price, location, and convenience alone, this hotel is a great option for regular people like us.
