Mediocre
We stayed here as part of our month long honeymoon throughout Italy. Overall, the place was safe and quiet and close walking distance to great food and stores. Something we don’t recommend is the breakfast service. It cost us €14 for two people total each day. We were told there would be bacon and eggs and full breakfast. The first morning there were only stale almost empty cereal, prepackaged rolls/bread, juice, and pancetta, plastic wrapped cheese slices and bread for toasting. The cafe machine made the espresso taste watery. No eggs or other filling options. Very disappointing. Not sure where the €14 was paying for. We could have gone down the street to the cafe and got a breakfast sandwich for €2.50 instead. We paid in advance for three days of breakfast and regretted it due to the price and the food options being very disappointing. The A/C was not helpful and did not cool the room at all. There were also lots of mosquitos in our room and we got over 20 bites each night. We would not rebook again but for the price of the room and the nice area it is located, it may be worth it for you. We stayed 3 nights and 4 days here. I hope this helps future guests. Save your money on the food and get lots of bug spray since the hotel does not provide any or any preventative ways to keep the room bug free. We did ask for help with our A/C and the mosquitos but got no help. Every other place we stayed at in Italy was amazing.

For what I said, I got a really great deal. Bed was comfy and wasn't too far from Lido beach. Hotel staff were friendly. Facilities were great. I'd definitely stay here again

Ho viaggiato con le mie bimbe e ci siamo trovate molto bene. La villa è un pochino vecchiotta ma c'era tutto il necessario. La stanza è stata pulita tutti i giorni e alla reception abbiamo trovato delle persone particolarmente gentili .Vicino al mare e comodo per raggiungere il vaporetto. Conveniente

美味しい朝食とフレンドリーなスタッフ
中心地から離れた静かな場所にありますが、バスが頻繁に走っているため不便は感じません。 朝食がおいしくスタッフも皆感じよかったです。

Very relaxed stay, friendly and helpful staff.
Lovely place. Great breakfast buffet. Handy for beaches but note public beach 3 bus stops away. Even public beach facilities were expensive for us being used to relatively free or low costs in UK.

nice, comfortable stay
The stay in the hotel was really great! Each morning, delicious breakfasts were provided, and the location was close to Venice island by water buses. Also, Lido island was a nice place for vacation.

Ruhiges schönes Hotel
Das Hotel Tiziana ist absolut zu empfehlen! Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück war gut und der Kaffee schmeckte wunderbar und wurde persönlich frisch zubereitet serviert.Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit großem schönen Balkon.Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Die Lage ist ruhig und man kann mit dem Fahrrad sehr gut die Insel erkunden.Das Hotel liegt nur 2 Bushaltestellen vom Zentrum mit Bootsanlegestelle entfernt, von dort aus kann man per Vaporetto sehr gut Venedig errreichen sowie den Flughafen.Wir würden jederzeit dieses Hotel wieder buchen.

'Villa Tiziana made our Venice stay special'
Truly exceptional Front Desk hospitality including assistance with our special medical needs. Very good terrace room with many amenities. Full breakfast.

Kleines sehr ansprechendes Hotel
Das Hotel hat uns rundum gefallen, es gab nichts zu kritisieren. Die Anbindung nach Venedig ist schnell und gut.

Il est bien de choisir un hébergement en dehors de Venise car tout est rapide avec les bus et les vaporetto et il y a le calme en plus!!!

Quiet but inconvenient
Out of the way in lido. Didn't realize the 1hr long boat ride frome train station to get there. Very limited hours front desk, in fact the three nights we stayed only saw a person behind the desk on check in. He gave us a great welcome, but it would have been nice to see someone more frequently as we did have some questions. Breakfast was very nice and homemade. A lot of effort went into it and it shows. No regrets there Transportation is a bit pricey considering the lengthy trip from lido to Venice if your going back and forth Nice place to get away from the business of the city however, and lido is a cleaner better kept area Imo.

cheap and very quite and spot on
They were very helpful in anything you ask. This was a top hotel for my needs. Shower was spot on. And a lttle fridge ful of beer or soft drinks and ok priced. We will be using again later this year.

Don't hesitate to book with Villa Tiziana!
We had a very lovely stay at Villa Tiziana. Anja checked us in and was very helpful with the map and directions. Stella took care of us making sure we had hot water for tea each night! We really appreciated that. The gentleman who works at night actually did this for us, I'm sorry I did not get his name-he was very gracious and kind. The bed we had in Rm 212 could have been better. But all in all we'd book again. The cont. breakfast each morning was very substantial and delicious!

Un hôtel proche de Venise
Un hôtel bien desservi par les transports en prenant les "bateaux bus" puis le bus A ou B pour y accéder de Venise. Un personnel agréable qui parle le français. Des chambres correctes. Un petit bémol sur le petit déjeuner qui est "modeste" sur les choix de notre avis. Je recommande cet hôtel, nous avons passé un très bon week end.

Es un hotel limpio, en zona tranquila.
El hotel está situado en la isla de Lido con lo que para ir a Venecia (zona turística) es necesario coger una vaporeto u otros medios de transporte. La zona en la que está ubicado el hotel es tranquila y no muy lejos de las terminales de los vaporettos. Se puede ir andando (15') o en bus (5' + espera). La habitación que nos asignaron era pequeña, pero limpia, con todo lo necesario. Tuvimos que reclamar la reposición del gel de baño ya que proporcionan botellitas individuales que como mucho pueden servir para 2 días (estuvimos 4 noches) y a pesar de dejar las botellitas vacías bien visibles no dejaron nuevas, por lo que tuvimos que reclamarlas. El buffet libre justo y nadie se cuidaba de la reposición cuando faltaba algún alimento. La persona que se encargaba de la recepción y atención a los clientes no era demasiado atenta. Deberían cuidar más los detalles. El dia que llegamos a Venecia nos encontramos la puerta del hotel cerrada y tuvimos que llamar varias veces hasta que esta persona apareció para abrirnos la puerta. Habíamos avisado 2 dias antes de la hora aproximada de nuestra llegada al hotel. El teclado para introducir la clave en caso de llegar tarde por la noche es poco visible. En resumen, un hotel con categoría más bien de 2 estrellas donde no ofrecen un trato del todo correcto. Como positivo decir que es limpio y está en una zona muy tranquila.

A guest house, not a hotel.
This is a guest house not a hotel but it is a very good guest house. I made the mistake of booking an economy room. Although small it was not tiny and was comfortable and clean. My main concern would be the size of the shower cubicle. Luckily, we are quite compact in stature so not a big problem. Just be aware if you are larger. Very helpful with an email with directions before our journey. Pleasant welcome, easy check in. We were out of season so not much activity in the area but there are a couple of restaurants and a bar within walking distance. Breakfasts, continental with plenty of choice of meats, cheese, yoghurt, fresh fruit, all nicely presented. The days were warm but in the evening it was colder and the only heating in the room was a towel rail in the bathroom. I'm sure if I asked a stand alone heater would have been provided. There was nowhere else to sit in the evening.

Trevligt litet hotell
Trevligt, personligt litet hotell inhyst i en villa på Lido. Gammal inredning, men rent och fräscht. God frukost. Smidigt att åka in till Venedigs centrum, buss 2 minuter och sedan båt ca 20 minuter. Bussar och båtar går dygnet runt.

Super hyggeligt hotel.
Rigtig hyggeligt hotel med flinkt og professionelt personale. Vi boede der i 5 nætter og følte det som om vi var på besøg hos vores familie. Kan helt klart anbefales.

Un personnel très accueillant
Très jolie hôtel dans un quartier calme du lido à deux pas de la plage et quelques minutes de marche du centre touriste de l'île. Le personnel est très agréable et très accueillant. Le petit déjeuner délicieux et copieux. Seul petit défaut des murs un peu fin.

Pleasant stay in Lido
It's a beautiful part of Lido. A 20 minute walk from the ferry terminal and the free beach which is quite pleasant to do each day. Service with a smile, extremely helpful and positive people. Enjoyable to have breakfast there. I had a beautiful room which made my stay quite easy. I'd stay here again.

Great staff and hotel!
Me and my girlfriend stayed for four nights at Villa Tiziana. The room was always clean and fresh, the staff where some of the kindest I've ever met. Breakfast was included in the price and i did'nt expect much of it. But I was proven wrong. The breakfast was absolutely amazing. If you want to stay on Lido, this is without doubt one of the best hotels.
