Every one of the staff that I encountered were VERY friendly and helpful. I felt very safe on the property as I walked around alone a lot of the time.

We spent 3 night at TI. Overall it was a good experience. The gentleman at the check in was able to provide a beautiful room with 2 beds overlooking the Strip for me and my mom (we had the “run of the house” so it could have been bad) . The avocado toast at the Coffee Shop was my to-go choice EVERY SINGLE morning. SO tasty and fresh! The hotel is walking distance from all the other hotels. We ate twice at the Venetian. We don’t gamble but went to see some magical shows so the smell of smoke in the casino was a bit much especially at 8AM but that didn’t take away from our pleasant stay.

Good value for money. Rooms very clean. We ate at Pho in the hotel and it was good. Coffee Shop good for breakfast. Walkable to everything. Overall not as glamorous as Mirage or Venetian and casino a bit dusty. Pool area very nice.

There's no free.coffee and and water in the room. With this kind of facility at least you should give these for free in the room.

Check in was long. There is a self check in kiosk but apparently it was not working so everyone was in line at the front desk. We were in line over an hour even though we arrived later around 6pm. The property has an awful smell like lotion and mold mixed. Not pleasant at all so I couldn’t enjoy the property. Room smelled ok. Just stayed there to sleep. Last day when we were checking out there was emergency water shutdown that we were not informed. We couldn’t take a shower before heading to the airport which was a huge issue for us. If we was informed we could’ve taken a shower the night before. :( Never booking at TI again.

Booked a non smoking room and was given a smoking room for half of my stay. The floor and room itself smelled terrible, dirty and grimy. Non smoking room and floor were fine.

We enjoyed our stay. We do wish we had coffee making capabilities in the room. Did not like that room service was only 6am until 2pm.... what's up with that? Also, very limited menu. Hotel could use some updates. Pillows were amazing!! Loved that we got an upgrade, not sure why, but loved it. Premier suite was nice. The service staff were awesome!! Loved our closet/dressing room. Shower head in our room could use some work, wobbly. Could use some better shopping options. Gilley's food was terrible 😛.

This was my second time staying at TI. Very clean, and Great customer service. I like how it was so easy to walk outside and catch a cab to take us wherever we wanted to go on the strip.

We enjoyed staying at treasure island. We were close to most everything that we had planned. The rooms are a tad dated, in my opinion. They are clean and the house keeping was beyond great. I never had to even ask for anything. They made sure it was there when needed.

Did not like the hotel checkin. There was an option For a self, check out, but the link is broken. So instead we had to wait 1 hour and a half to check in. Also, there is a hidden fee of $50 per day. When you stay.
