I don’t care for where the pool and hot tub are…being right by two restaurants with windows looking into pool area from hallway but none looking outdoors
The sink tap looked industrial and anytime you turned the water on it would spray outside the sink
The ac is a big wall unit that is noisy and wakes you up in the night
The Dennys that is attached is discussing dirty

Clean, good hotel just on the outskirts of Edmonton. Quick access to the highway. Average, no complaints.

The sheets were dirty. Called to get new sheets no one would answer the phone. Went down to front desk and the clerk was not very accommodating. New sheets finally show up and he first swept the pubic hairs off the bed and onto the floor then he just throws sheets on bed and walks away. Later found bathroom to be same way hairs all over walls and ceiling. Not very impressed and will find another hotel next time.

We had two rooms. The chicken biryani is made in house and is delicious! View out the back rooms are nice if you get the right room and pay a little more. Our first room was nice. Our second room the sink was clogged and leaking and toilet didn’t flush properly.
The hotel itself isn’t very inviting looking at the front and is tucked away in a corner with some not so great people hanging around. Not sure I’d feel safe as a woman walking around the area after dark by myself.

My stay was very nice as always. The music in the halls is a bit loud in the evenings. And dennys was horrible. I know its not the hotels responsibility but the evening staff and cooks were not great, unfortunately it reflects towards the hotel to most people.

Great hotel but does not feel safe. Very sketchy people standing around the lobby and outside speaking jibberish. Clearly on something. Staff will not have them removed.

I always stay in a king suite with a washer/dryer and just love. Having the sitting area separate from the sleep area is nice. The kitchen is stocked with everything I need, including pods for the dishwasher.

I checked in Friday afternoon for 3 nights. There were some dirty dishes on the floor in my hallway. They were still there when I came home from dinner Sunday evening. Monday morning they were gone but there were food remnants from the dishes still on the carpet where the dishes had been sitting.

Hotel was right off the highway and within 20 minutes of downtown Edmonton. Plenty of restaurants within 2 miles of the hotel, including Denny’s (attached to the hotel) for breakfast. Nice fitness center with plenty of equipment. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Beautiful bedroom with Jacuzzi and walk in shower. Super comfy bed and bedding. Sharp staples sticking out where the carpet meets jacuzzi tile, be careful ouch! Busy and noisy outside if you’re a light sleeper. Nice kitchenette and couch area smallish and dark.

Not bad, but the place needs repairs and the staff can only be described as weird.
