Great hotel but does not feel safe. Very sketchy people standing around the lobby and outside speaking jibberish. Clearly on something. Staff will not have them removed.

I always stay in a king suite with a washer/dryer and just love. Having the sitting area separate from the sleep area is nice. The kitchen is stocked with everything I need, including pods for the dishwasher.

I checked in Friday afternoon for 3 nights. There were some dirty dishes on the floor in my hallway. They were still there when I came home from dinner Sunday evening. Monday morning they were gone but there were food remnants from the dishes still on the carpet where the dishes had been sitting.

Hotel was right off the highway and within 20 minutes of downtown Edmonton. Plenty of restaurants within 2 miles of the hotel, including Denny’s (attached to the hotel) for breakfast. Nice fitness center with plenty of equipment. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Beautiful bedroom with Jacuzzi and walk in shower. Super comfy bed and bedding. Sharp staples sticking out where the carpet meets jacuzzi tile, be careful ouch! Busy and noisy outside if you’re a light sleeper. Nice kitchenette and couch area smallish and dark.

Small 30” TV in a “suite” room. Didn’t even have satellite TV.
Really small room for the price point paid. Pictures of the room were in correctly advertised and did not match what was sold.
Thermostat worked but heater would kick on for 60 seconds or so every couple minute to keep room warm, it was loud and effected sleep when it inconsistently ran.

Rooms were tiny and dated. The pool was nothing spectacular, and the hours weren’t great when you have young kids. The reason we picked this hotel was location close to the outlet stores and the price was right compared to other hotels closer to west ed.
