Plaza is a Great place to stay on Fremont, it's our of all the noise and hustle and bustle when your ready to wind down for the night it's our 2nd year in a row staying there..The showers need more water Pressure it just was slowly coming out

We enjoyed our stay at the Plaza - close to Freemont and all that went with it. The destination donut place in the lobby was a bonus. I'm not sure you can classify this as a 4 star hotel. We stayed 4 nights and there was no turndown service offered. There was no response to our request for additional toilet paper. Overall is was good, but not great.

This was not my hotel of choice but was booked for a group outing. The Plaza has nice size rooms but very outdated. This hotel is nothing short of a motel 6, so if that’s your style this place is great. The bathroom is hideous and lacks luster. The VIP check in was a waste, limited staff so it didn’t change the wait time. The plus, Hash House is located inside! Personally all of downtown is a bust.

The biggest issue we encountered was with the housekeeping staff; on the 2nd morning we were there, at the worst time possible (while I was in the shower!) I realized the body wash dispenser was completely empty!! I had to make do and use shampoo to complete my shower. I immediately called housekeeping to request body wash, after 5 failed attempts and 10 minutes later, I contacted the front desk which offered to transfer my call to housekeeping, needless to say, nobody ever picked up the call. This is something that should not happen, if the housekeeping staff checks the dispensers after each guest or while cleaning the room.

Our stay was "okay" I didnt really like that they allowed someone else that knew us, but we wasnt technically together adjust our room/floor as if we were apart of their "group" especially since they didnt even know my name. I personally felt that was a security issue and should be handled better especially if people only know your first name (barely) we should have been able to check in- decide our own floor/preferences especially. We literally did not interact with these other people the entire trip!!

Very good stay. Surprised sports book is non-smoking. Would like a nice place to sit and relax to have a cigar on property other than at a slot machine. Not one cigar lounge anywhere on Freemont street. There’s a whole market for that I believe. Pop Up Pizza very good. Staff very affable and friendly. Pool was fun.

Upon check-in we were offered an upgrade but at cost so we declined. When we checked in the room instantly smelled like urine. The bathroom was ridiculously tiny and had mold on the ceiling. The towel rack in front of the sink was broken but you don't notice until you actually go to use the towel. The room was "remodeled" but still felt old like from the 70s. The next morning we let front desk know and they "accommodated " us by switching us to an entire new tower that we didn't know existed. The rooms were huge and completely brand new. After we checked out we noticed they charged us to "upgrade" which we believe should've never happened due to being given a urine-smelling, moldy room!

Refrigerator freezes everything, AC unit to noisy to run at night, ran out of toilet paper and towels, room never serviced by housekeeping for our five day stay, even after asking, management did nothing

I was very unhappy with my stay. I was told we would be staying in a newly renovated room, the toilet next to shower was wrong and not enough room. I was charged a higher rate then what I was told by Expedia. Also trying to get someone to bring you towels was ridiculous. Need working elevators in the Elevator. USB plugs needed in the room. Overall I feel my stay was not to great

I booked deluxe room for me and my husband to relax after traumatic experience of me loosing my father a month ago. Hotel stuff haven’t informed us that the room they put us in was so loud that floor was shaking . There was DJ playing at their outdoor rooftop swimming but also in next door golden nugget two big stages playing life music ! I wasn’t sleeping until 2am. We asked to be reallocated but they said that there is no other room available and will let us know if anything will be free. Unfortunately Nobody called us . Guests should be informed about noise level and asked if that’s ok. I’m not 25 and don’t want to feel like I’m sleeping inside of techno night club . On the top of everything I’m insomniac ! I also got some kind of bites and rashes all over my body. After our complaint , front desk lady said NO Refund can be issued . After speaking to another person I got business card of hotel manager . $400 is way to much money for noise, bug bites, skin rush and dirty bathroom floor so I’m not letting this one go.

Downtown location is good. Glad they had pickleball courts, but wished they opened earlier than 9 am.
