Very good stay. Surprised sports book is non-smoking. Would like a nice place to sit and relax to have a cigar on property other than at a slot machine. Not one cigar lounge anywhere on Freemont street. There’s a whole market for that I believe. Pop Up Pizza very good. Staff very affable and friendly. Pool was fun.

Upon check-in we were offered an upgrade but at cost so we declined. When we checked in the room instantly smelled like urine. The bathroom was ridiculously tiny and had mold on the ceiling. The towel rack in front of the sink was broken but you don't notice until you actually go to use the towel. The room was "remodeled" but still felt old like from the 70s. The next morning we let front desk know and they "accommodated " us by switching us to an entire new tower that we didn't know existed. The rooms were huge and completely brand new. After we checked out we noticed they charged us to "upgrade" which we believe should've never happened due to being given a urine-smelling, moldy room!

Refrigerator freezes everything, AC unit to noisy to run at night, ran out of toilet paper and towels, room never serviced by housekeeping for our five day stay, even after asking, management did nothing

I was very unhappy with my stay. I was told we would be staying in a newly renovated room, the toilet next to shower was wrong and not enough room. I was charged a higher rate then what I was told by Expedia. Also trying to get someone to bring you towels was ridiculous. Need working elevators in the Elevator. USB plugs needed in the room. Overall I feel my stay was not to great

I booked deluxe room for me and my husband to relax after traumatic experience of me loosing my father a month ago. Hotel stuff haven’t informed us that the room they put us in was so loud that floor was shaking . There was DJ playing at their outdoor rooftop swimming but also in next door golden nugget two big stages playing life music ! I wasn’t sleeping until 2am. We asked to be reallocated but they said that there is no other room available and will let us know if anything will be free. Unfortunately Nobody called us . Guests should be informed about noise level and asked if that’s ok. I’m not 25 and don’t want to feel like I’m sleeping inside of techno night club . On the top of everything I’m insomniac ! I also got some kind of bites and rashes all over my body. After our complaint , front desk lady said NO Refund can be issued . After speaking to another person I got business card of hotel manager . $400 is way to much money for noise, bug bites, skin rush and dirty bathroom floor so I’m not letting this one go.

The Plaza has done alot of upgrades. The room wasnt anytging spectacular but being in vegas you just need a bed to sleep. The service was great amd the property has eveutging you need!

Dirty ass hell, stayed in one of the new suites it was ok shower too small. Waited forever for room to be clean only for there to be dust in the bathroom corners. Never staying here again

We had a comfortable stay. I had my two children with me and we did feel safe and comfortable. We really liked the beds. They were very comfortable. The housekeeping was very slow to respond when we needed extra towels or the in room coffee. I tried the $20 trick and she told me that she did give me an upgrade but the room was quite basic. Something was wrong with the plumbing, the shower drain was backed up. We love the back to the future movies and this hotel was featured in back to the future 2 but we didn’t see any reference to that. Maybe it was there but we just didn’t see it. We were disappointed the pool wasn’t open longer because we would’ve enjoyed a dip after returning from the strip or Fremont. when we did swim, the pool was too cold, so we just ended up hanging out in the hot tub with some very entertaining people, so that was great. We did like the casino and the Pinkbox donuts. We did have an enjoyable stay, just some areas needing improvement for us to want to stay again.

I love that this property is right across the street from the Fremont Experience. The restaurants are economical and the Hash TO Go Go restaurant food is delicious. Awesome staff! Clean. , but basic room.
