Bad customer service
Zero customer service, we've waited for almost an hour for just a burger and pasta. The F&B staff left us at the roof deck without anymore assistance after serving the late food. The food was serve cold already. The staff are not accommodating even the front desk.

거실과 주방이 따로 되어있어서 매우 만족스러웠다 방도 깔끔하고 좋았다 옆에 건물의 공사소리가 매우 시끄러워서 낮에는 방에 있기가 힘들었고 화장실 샤워기가 천장형에다 오래되어서 사용하기 불편했다 위치나 룸컨디션은 좋았고 넓고 쾌적했다

Parking on level one is scary— I almost hit my car in the wall—-Breakfast buffet is amazing! Will go back again next yr for my home vacation- love the 3 bedroom renovation! And love the sanitizing booth on every corner— keep it to make everyones safe- over all stay is GREAT!

It’s just very unusual to be charged with parking ticket for my colleague even as there were so much parking left and had informed that will just stay for until 9pm only due to we are too tired

Nicely Renovated Rooms
We stayed in Parque España some time ago so it’s our first time back in about 2 years. It’s a dated structure but I always appreciated the generous space. This time, we upgraded ourselves to a renovated room. It didn’t disappoint. The design was simple and, most of all, very clean. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The staff was very professional and quick to respond to any issue we had. However, there were issues with ants and roaches. One large roach was found alive and another was found dead in the sheets. A pipe had also busted leaving a sewage scent even after the employee installed an ionizer. Other flies and mosquitos were also noticed. Options for food were decent. Prices to do laundry were ridiculously high. I probably will not ever stay there again.

The drainage is not good on the sink and in the bathroom. The A/C is quite old and can't really provide the ideal temperature. The whole unit was very spacious and the location is really nice.

Pleasant staff and accessible to everything. However, everything that you ask extra you have to pay for, i.e., blanket, parking, which are free from other hotels. The room that I normally book (same price range) became smaller and they charged me almost 50% more for an upgrade per night.

Poor Man’s Ascott
I used to call this “Poor Man’s Ascott” compared to the more popular Ascott Hotel in Makati. Awesome staff and service but they have let the rooms deteriorate, i.e., spaces where removed appliances used to be were left exposed, untidy and annoying eyesore. Great location but you get what you pay for in terms of facility as well as the types of clientele - loud, inconsiderate, party animlas that go past 2:00 AM.

I had to request for them to fix the water, only hot water was coming out. The dining ware set in the cupboard was dirty, the guy who fixed the faucet said he would request housekeeping to change it but nobody came.
