You did not seem scared when you asked if you could get a refund for last day of the reservation. You never told the manager you were scared when he came to fix the t.v. three times. You never said anything to management about being scared. You told management you had to leave a day early for a doctor's appointment. Management explained to you that you had to call Expedia to get a refund for the last day. But you did not call Expedia to cancel the last day. That is why you did not get a refund. Thank you.

I don't know what hotel you are talking about. There is a new building going up on our north side, an empty field to our south, apartments across the street to our east, and houses behind us to the west that you could not see. Are you sure you staid with us?
