This place was horrible and dirty the towels were Brown and crunchy even though it was remodeled it was in desperate need of repairs holes in the wall paint mix match there is no courtesy shampoo or conditioner one bar soap parking is terrible a lot of run-down Vehicles parked there with cobwebs hanging off of them not enough room for guests and the bedspreads even had cigarette Burns in them thier advertised price was far less than what i was charged. I feel as if they shoyld have paid me ti stay there! ( a refund should have been in order)

Hola...muy nombre es Zulema y tuve una mala esperiencia en el hote, nos abrieron el cuarto y nos robaron todas nuestras cosas yo creo que fue error del personal, aparte el hotel estaba algo sucio y el mánager fue un tanto desatento dadas las circunstancias. Espero y mejoren su servicio...gracias !

Very Bad room/Motel condition
We rented just for a night. Motel was in OK condition but want to list out few things which was not as per other econo Lodge. 1. Ice machine was not working. 2. Veggie Breakfast was horrible. Bread was old and butter was hidden. They had juice machine but only Apple juice was available and that too, it was too watery. 3. Air conditioner machine was making too much noise for all speed and even if you've kept just for fan also. 4. No lock for rest room door. 5. Electric wall socket was broken and it was lose so was creating spark while I put my phone charger. When I informed owner about few things she reacted like it's known things.

Not pleased
The room needed a deep cleaning. Carpet was dirty and the walls had something splattered on them. The door frame was broken in the bathroom and it was also dirty. The entire room could've used a fresh coat of paint and the shower had mildew and hair from previous occupants in it.

Underated
The room was as expected, it was clean and comfortable, everything worked. It was quiet and far enough away from Disneyland to not deal with the crowds, but close enough to for easy access. Close to to freeway and local amenities. Only drawback hotel access is quirky must pass hotel and make a u turn a 1/4 mile down road to get to hotel entrance annoying when tired but not a big deal. Will stay again. Front desk concierge person very nice and sweet

No Frills Hotel
Stayed here for only a few hours between driving from Coachella and flying out of John Wayne. Stayed here because it was cheap and needed a place to sleep and shower. Facilities are what you expect, not the best but definitely not the worst. Room was clean with no dead bugs found. The table inside the room was very thin and unstable. The chairs definitely looked like they seen better days. The bed was big and comfy which is what mainly mattered and the mini fridge was rather big which easily held our takeout and bottled beverages. Staff was extremely rude during check-in and check-out. This could be because we checked in at midnight and checked out at 4am, disturbing their nap in the back room. All in all a good value for the money for what it is although if I were staying here with children for Disneyland I would seek another hotel.

Don't like it. Toilet water licking. When you turn on water at the sink to brush your teeth the sewer smell come up. We have to go out bought our own blanket to afraid to use their. On friday night we come back after dinner, we saw at least 5 cops car at the parking lot. Their towels feel like a sand paper.The receptionist not at their desk, when you need some thing you have to press the bell ring and wait for them to come down from up stair, people not friendly, never say hi or smile at you.

not what i expected
the room was so so but we requested a handicap accessaible room and when we got there we were told they dont have any. the area was not a very comfortable surrounding and didn't feel very safe.i would have expected to pay about half the price for these arrangements.

disappointing
i stay in the area once a month and this was one of the most disappointing hotels i have encountered. the staff was kind and friendly, however, the room was yucky, it had a phone that was not plugged in, nor was there a way to plug it in, tons of dirt and dust around the edges of the room like they only vacuum the walk areas. only a bar of soap, no shampoo. i felt like i was camping, the pictures on the web site are very deceiving. nothing about this place would make me want to stay there again.

Perfect location just 2 blocks away from disney!;)
Everything was perfect! The best thing is that its just two blocks away from disneyland i loved it!

Great location and very good service!
We were very comfortable and felt so safe. That all we needed as a family on a little leisure time. Close to restaurants and Disneyland, which was our point of destination. Thank You for your service.

WORST HOTEL I'VE STAYED IN....
Worst hotel service and hotel I've stayed at. 1. Check in, check in time is 3pm was there at 2:58pm n only person there n office was front desks Father who couldnt even speak english all he could say is wait wait for my daughter she is busy. Went out side of office and the house keeper was there asked her n was told the girl leaves everday Monday - Friday to pick up her son n will b back at 330pm didnt mind and understood I would do same if my kid was under 13 years old. When she finally returns her son she went to pick up from school was 15 plus n age. 2. Room conditions, smelt like stinky armpits, bathroom smelt like urine, blankets n sheets where stained, extra blankets n drawers where dirty n stunk, air conditioner barely worked, room had fleas. 3. CUSTOMER SERVICE, WAS HORRIBLE WOULDN'T GIVE US CLEAN TOWELS N WE ASKED EVERYDAY FOR 3 DAYS GIRL AT DESK WAS SAME EVERYDAY ALL DAY AND SAID WE HAVE TO WAIT N DONT GO TO DISNEYLAND UNTIL AFTER 9AM IF WE WANT TOWELS, NEVER ANSWERED PHONE N LOBBY, had to ring doorbell and wait 10 plus minutes for girl to open lobby door, dirty looks every morning when we went to get free breakfast, day of check out before we got our deposit back girl sent house keeper to inspect room like we were stayed in for what n clue...

great for the price
my expectations were really low before staying and I chose this hotel just because it was cheap but it really surprised me. it was really clean and I didn't have any problems in 3 nights. the wifi worked well. I highly recommend it for those seeking a cheap and clean place to stay.

You get what you pay for
I booked a room for Friday-Sunday valentines day weekend, 14th-16th, I checked in pretty late coming from about 6 hours up north, check in was normal, but once I got into my room to unpack, and load my clothes away, the night stand light was not working, there was a disgusting popsicle that melted in the fridge causing sticky residue all over the wall and floor of it, and had only one roll of half way used toilet paper, I guess that's why it was the only hotel I can get those days all together during holiday weekend, ever where else near by was booked mainly the 15th, breakfast is garbage, free doesn't mean it's good, and the room did not include little things like shampoo and a "do not disturb" signs, very simple things that is obviously to work on, will I come back? Absolutely not.

Room was clean enough, but the TV was very old and small (19"), making it hard to enjoy watching TV.

Never stay there again!!!!!
It is so bad that could believe, I book 2 room with a double bed for 5 people.....long story so to make it short if anyone want to stay there want to pay extra fee then feel free....but when u book the room already they don't tell that after u check in with them then all the fee coming out they will charge u if per person to stay in the room even though when u book u already say how many staying but they will say oh u book on 3th party so it only charge one person so now u had pay rest of other people....so when u pay it add up so much money almost next to 5star hotel so might as well stay at 5star hotel it the same amount of money but big hotel is better nice room nice bed smell nice everything is good what u pay what u get.....however what I pay here it too much for cheap motel.....what I pay close to 5star so next time never never never stay there again

Staff is terrible, rooms are decent
Staff is rude and not helpful. I came down for breakfast an hour before it ended and there was almost nothing left. The front desk told me they couldn't leave to go to Sams Club to replenish until the afternoon so that was that. No apology even.

Overall Good Quality
Granted the neighborhood surrounding this hotel isn't necessarily the nicest, this hotel wasn't too bad. I was a bit startled by the deposit that they made me leave considering it was more than I had even paid for the room for the night, but all is well since I wasn't charged. The couple running the hotel were very friendly. The knob on our shower was broken, but they didn't know and once notified did not charge us to fix it since we hadn't broke it merely just informed them. It is only 2 miles away from the Anaheim convention center which was ideal. I would recommend this place to a friend.

A Close Hotel to most things in Anaheim
This is an okay hotel, they could modernize the television to a flat screen at least. The location is good a bit difficult to get to if your coming off the freeway. Which most people are so its majorly inconvenient to make a ton of u-turns. Plus the maid just walked in. Didn't even bother to knock. And never plan on staying there long periods of time they charge you 10$/hour after 11am even if it's 11:18 a bit ridiculous. Other than that it's nice considering the price and location.

It is OK for the price.
It is OK for the price. The hotel front desk people lack of basic knowladge to do there job such as how to extend one day and keep the same room. They also have no idea whas the bus nomber is a half block from the hotel..This gave us trouble when we want to go back the hotel from Disney Land becassue there are too many buses at disney. We called the fron desk they say they don't know.

Horrible hotel and poor service staff
I don't recommend this hotel for anyone because it is noisy and the staffs are not available even the owner lives on the premises. I had to ring the bell for service but the entire family are so impolite, discourteous and unprofessional. It may be because they came from a different culture where customers are not sovereign They screamed and checked the room number before they told me they do not provide tea for their continental breakfast. Their choices for their breakfast are very limited. I would never stay in this place again. Lucky for me I only stayed 2 nights and changed to another hotel where I was much happier. Live and learn and do not book this hotel. Learn it from me.

The condition of the room was not good. The table was broken and unusable, as was the toilet paper holder. On a good note, the price of the room was very good and the breakfast included was above average for a low cost motel.

Cheap hotel, just use it as a place to sleep.
Advertised that it has a jacuzzi, but they actually mean that you can get a room with a jacuzzi tub. Continental breakfast was terrible, no fruit, none of the juice machines worked, basically only options were cornflakes or white bread toast. Room was marginally clean and looked pretty beat up.

In and out with no hassle. comfy bed and pillows. clean room.

Average hotel.
The only thing I did not like it was the very slow internet. I brought a laptop I planned to use during the trip and could not use it in the hotel due to weak and slow internet. I had go to the coffee shops w/wifi for the internet use.

Good place for the price
Tip: get the non-smoking room HUGE DIFFERENCE!! It was a decent room and I didn't have any complaints other than a couple of spiders wandering around. Overall it was good enough to stay at Disneyland over the weekend. If you have kids I suggest not coming here, probably not the most kid-friendly rooms.
