Best bang for your buck. Breakfast alone for a family of 4 saves you $80-$100 a day with their free buffet breakfast. Rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Only downfall will be the shuttle rotation. Given that it’s “Across from Universal,” the shuttle should every 30 min or so, instead of set times which if I’m not mistaken, were like 4 hour increments. Could be wrong, but they’re def not every 30 min or every hour.

Unfortunately, breakfast was not satisfactory. There was a constant lack of cutlery and crockery, you had to wait several minutes in the queue to get your food and if you forgot something, you had to queue again. The staff couldn't keep up with the demand, although they tried very hard. The selection of food was okay by American standards. Otherwise the hotel was fine for the price range

Immediately, i was impressed with how friendly the staff was. The gentleman who checked us in, his initials are KJ, was genuinely friendly and funny. He set the tone for the beginning of our vacation. The room was very nice and comfortable. I love that shampoo, conditioner and body wash is provided. It is located in a convenient, easily accessible area to local attractions. The staff i interacted with during my stay were so nice and friendly and that was true right up to the nice gentleman who checked us out. Which is so appreciated because customer service is lacking today in so many places. I will definitely go back.

I have to start off to say my experience was great. Ms. Dawneth H. was just superb. Me and my daughter was celebrating her 16th birthday and she just went above and beyond to make the room and stay special. She was so sweet. Her and staff were so friendly and I will recommend anyone to come here. Clean and they have free shuttle to Universal. We had the best time and definitely will be returning again in the near future.

Although we were placed near the pool enterancand could hear everyone go bu, the room was great. The bed was even better. Wish i could buy that bed for my home. The shower wasnt the best, the glass doors and track were dirty. Thats my only complaint. Would stay here again.

Staff at the front desk were awesome, they suggested several activities and restaurants to attend. The staff members in the kitchen were awesome as well. Only complaint that I had is with the housekeepers, they weren’t friendly and left trash in the closet for serval days cause a stench through out the 7th floor. Overall all it was a great stay with great amenities.

We had an amazing stay at the Hyatt Place. The staff are all extremely friendly and professional! Just a short ride from Universal Studios with complimentary shuttle transport. Next time we’re in the area we will be back!

Access to Universal Studios was so helpful. Roberto our bus driver was prompt and we appreciated his directions when returning. Front desk staff was courteous and polite.

One of the staff memebers just had a rude energy about herself during my entire stay, the light in my room didn’t work, and the bathroom wasn’t very clean.

Close to you Universal but the property it’s self is old. It’s been renovated but needs better maintenance. The bathroom shower was disgusting and that’s just unacceptable. Please do a better job with your cleaning and maintenance of your property.

Stayed for 7 nights with my family while we went to Universal. Loved how close it was to Universal Studios a 5 mins drive. It was also very close to a popular outlet mall. The room was very spacious. I just wished it had a shower instead of a tub in the bathroom, just a personal preference but I loved that the sink was separate from the bathroom. This made mornings so much easier. The best part was one of the hotel staff Kadeem! He was so helpful and made the place feel homey. Overall I recommend this hotel.
