To say that this was one of the worst places I have ever had the misfortune of staying in would be an understatement, the staff could not care less about you as not one of them had the capacity to speak any type of English. The hotel is absolutely ancient and horribly outdated, advertised as having a bar and restaurant when in reality it’s asking the receptionist for either a glass of wine or a €3 can of coke or having the option of a single meal that is breakfast which only lasts for 2 hours. The rooms are awful, the shower was tiny and could barely fit into it, bathroom didn’t seem to have been cleaned along with the utter state of the room in general, outdated, roof was rotting with mould. Hotel is NOWHERE near anything of remote interest, if you’re staying for Venice stay somewhere else as only way of getting here via public transport is a bus that takes just over an hour to get there. To say a waste of money just doesn’t cover it; save yourself the pain and go somewhere else. 0/10 Hotel is falsely advertised, Booking websites need investigate this.

L'hotel si trova in una zona molto tranquilla, con pargheggio gratis sia in strada che dietro all'albergo. camera essenziale ma funzionale, colazione discreta. Personale gentile che ci ha dato ottimi suggerimenti per ristoranti/pizzeria.

Stay away!
I've stay in this hotel once a year. This time i was not treated with respect. The service was not good at all. They had 2 buses of Chinese tours and they were treated wonderful and we was treated horrible. I paid for breakfast and when i went down to eat, i was told i did not pay and it was nothing left. After i argued with the young man at the front desk , he realized i did pay and offered me a coffee. I will never book here again. This hotel has lost a great customer.

En terminos globales la calidad respecto al precio pagado es muy baja. He estado en hoteles muchisimo mejores con un precio inferior, con un desayuno mucho mas completo y a una distancia menor a ciudades importantes como Paris y Londres.

Convenient stay
We used this hotel just for a one night stay while driving on the following day. Great service from the man who checked us in at late night, and breakfast was simple but allright. Good stay for our purpose.

Non sono stato soddisfatto dal mio soggiorno presso questa struttura. Certamente ho speso poco ma il prezzo non dovrebbe giustificare le condizioni poco accoglienti dell'hotel. Il personale, quel poco che ho visto, è stato abbastanza cordiale, ma le condizioni dell'albergo sono molto carenti. Le camere sono poco pulite e con le pareti sporche, polvere e box doccia che perdeva acqua. La chiave magnetica funzionava 1 volta su 3 e per questa ragione sono rimasto chiuso fuori dell'albergo per circa 30 minuti perché la struttura era deserta. Personalmente non mi sono trovato bene e sconsiglio la struttura, a meno che non vengano apportate concrete migliorie.

So we arrived in the evening and check in was very smooth. Staff were friendly, the hotel is located in a residential area, but nicely blended with the area. Breakfast was the typical European one, but for only 4€ you can't expect an IHOP breakfast. Still very good and everything was fresh! Parking was free and excellent! One suggestion that can be greatly appreciated by many would be free WI-FI in the rooms. Currently the only place you could have used was in the reception area. The other one is the shower size! Although this wouldn't be an easy fix, it really need to be taking into consideration even before the WI-FI. At least the one in my room was tiny.

ottima posizione geografica
Hotel con ampio parcheggio, vicinissimo a Villa Pisani di Stra', adiacente a Padova ( 10 km) e a Venezia ( 20 km). Quindi ottima posizione. Idonee le tre stelle : non un hotel di lusso , comunque pulito, riscaldato, funzionale e ben gestito. Una nota più che positiva per il personale accogliente e professionale. Colazione abbondante e qualità nella norma. Prezzo economico: un affare! Lo consiglio

hotel along way from Venice
Sadly,on my arrival in Venice I had to cancel our stay at the hotel because as it was situated a long way from Venice, so I was very disappointed with your choice from your call centre staff. The cancelation cost me a lot of money, as I had to pay for 2 single rooms for one night... then had to pay for 3nights at a more expensive Hotel in Venice, so I am not very happy with Expedia call centre staff....telling me that the hotel was situated right in Venice. For anyone thinking of staying at the hotel, it is an hour away by bus to Venice. I asked for a hotel right in Venice.....

Okay Hotel, not luxe but fine
The Hotel is in a little Town. By Bus to Venice is 1 hour. A supermarket and a Pizzeria is nearby. The hotel staff are real nice, but not everyone is speaking English. The hotel is aged but fine. It’s clean but hasn’t match facilities. There is no Wi-Fi.

bon rapport qualité/prix.
De passage a venise nous avons décidé de faire une halte a cet hotel.Si on omet les toiles d'araignées sur la clim. Tout etait correct. Pour le prix de la chambre pour 4 personnes cela vaut le coup même si c'est un peu éloigné de venise.

Las chicas de las recepción mal trato interne lo ofrecían en la habitaciones y no hay es mentira el desayuno café y de broma incluido en la compra de la noche habitaciones viejas y el wifi del lobby 1 euro la media hora y no funciona y es primera ves q doy un mal comentario de un hotel
