Area around the hotel is beautiful and right around the corner from San Marco square. The room was a bit too warm for me and the bed was too firm but this small hotel is welcoming and the staff was very friendly.

Hotel is clean and nice. Staff is very friendly. Hotel is next to the bar where people hang out on street late night with their dogs. I think most of them get drunk by midnight and were very loud. Windows were not sound proof so really hard to sleep with so much noise of drunk people and dogs barking in the middle of the night

A great finding in Venice
We had a lovely stay at Hotel Le Isole. The hotel is well located and it is easy to get there with the water bus. Room was comfortable, breakfast was good and restaurant staff was super attentive! Front desk team was also very helpful and recommended us good nearby restaurants.

The Property & Staff was above expectations. Area was very close to restaurants and shopping. The Hotel Court area was very nice to sit and eat, bring bug spray. Bed was comfortable and clean.The Continental Breakfast & staff was great with speaking english.

Location, service, convenience is excellent. It’s a hidden gem “stone throw” away from Grand Canal, in a quiet corner of a side street. Inside yard is too real nice to take a drink break at late evening.

ロケーションは抜群です。空港から水上バスでサンザッカリアで降りて5分もかかりません。荷物を持っていても簡単に到着できるのは大切なポイントです！ホテルのスタッフは皆さんとても感じがよく親切でした。フロントのスタッフは街の情報を親切に教えてくださいました。荷物を運ぶスタッフもとても素敵な笑顔で丁寧な対応をしてくれました。スリッパがついていたのはありがたかったです。バスタブもついていて設備は古いけれども全く問題ありません。朝食も充実していて丁寧に準備されていました。部屋は広くはありませんが快適に過ごせる良いホテルだと思います。

Would Choose Another Place Next Time
This hotel, overall, is lovely. It is a nice location, within walking distance of the Taxi dock or the transportation dock. The young man working at the front desk was a bit snippy with us. It seemed like he was in a hurry, and that he was not as friendly as other receptionists we have dealt with at other hotels. The shower water pressure was really nice, but the mold on the caulking was disgusting. They probably need to take a look at that and replace the caulking in the showers.

The hotel was beautiful and our room had a big window looking out into the street, however was very quiet inside the room with window closed. Centrally located close to lots of attractions, shops, cafes and restaurants with entrance located on a small canal. Venice was magical and this hotel was a treat.

The hotel is very nice and located right on the canal and near the bridge. The room was clean and comfortable. There was construction when we first arrived but it finished that first day and made the location perfect. The breakfast was not included and seemed fine but with our food tour we did not purchase any breakfasts. The staff were helpful with suggestions and making arrangements. Memorable and enjoyable visit to Venice!!

Property is conveniently located close to the St. Marks. Customer service needs to be improved. Lady at the buffet was awesome and so was the Indian man that welcomed us to the property. The other attendants were not as attentive or welcoming!

Great stay with kids
We stayed as a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kids ages 8 and 11). The location was fantastic. Close to everything. It was my son's 8th birthday and the hotel made arrangements for us to have a cake waiting. The hotel also arranged our pick up from the airport, which was worth every dollar. Breakfast was good and the setting was charming. Afternoon they had cookies out. Our first night we were sitting in the courtyard and without asking they brought us snacks. Everything was spectacular

I booked a private airport pickup by the hotel, i was left at the dock with my bags, the driver doesn't speak english he pointed his finger to direct and left.
