We had stayed at this hotel before and numerous times at Hampton Inn and have always been very pleased. Was distressing our stay on March 5,6 was not up to Hampton Inn standards. It was put out that breakfast started at 5:30 which pleased us as we had an early day ahead. We got to the breakfast area at 5:45 and very little had been set out. the front desk person said ,Oh we are getting a late start today. Another person was present but was looking at her phone and then at 6:00 set up the area. If you don't want to start till 6 that is fine but don't say you start at 5:30 when you don't. Have experienced that kind of service before but never at a Hampton Inn
Over all: very good experience. Easy to locate, check in/out, parking was lot was icy (elapsed time after storm should have been sufficient to be well cleaned)—entry way was cleaned.) Breakfast was efficiently provided and tasty. However, the dining area was cold and drafty. Valet/luggage carts were in good condition & easily accessible. Check out time was briefed as 12:00 vz 11:30.
This is a perfectly acceptable Hampton Inn - the rooms are larger than an average HI and the elevators were much, much older and slower than an average HI. The breakfasts were OK. This HI has wall unit HVAC which is noisy - we prefer HI’s with central air, but they are not easy to find or identify ahead of time. A solid 4 star HI.
Ashley, Alex and Dijon were phenomenal and treated us like family! It's wonderful when we're all on a first name basis! Hampton Inn is fortunate to have such fabulous employees on staff! They were kind, caring and accommodating.
They are the main reason why we will be back!
I was very happy with the service from the nice young man at the front desk when we arrived, and cleanliness of this hotel! The beds and pillows was super comfy too! We will be back next time we're in this area!
I loved the decor and the cleanliness at this hotel.

The customer service was not good the lady at the front desk did not want to honor my reservation because she said I did not check in early… she wanted me to pay again
The facility looked great and the upgrades and decorating was done very well. It was fresh and upscale. The rooms were very comfortable. We would surely stay there again
I has originally booked at the Holiday Inn Express across the street but my wife decided to go and bring our dog . I had to cancel and move to the Hampton since HIE was not pet friendly. Over 3 nights it was $200 more and the Hampton Inn just seemed outdated and not as nice.
Hotel and staff were very nice. It is an older hotel and could use some updating but was overall comfortable for our 3 night stay. The bathroom wasn't as clean as it should have been so that's the reason for the lower scores. Some leftover hair made a shower vs. tub an easy choice. Wall mounted shampoo, hand soap, et. used by multiple guests didn't seem as sanitary in this day and age of covid and such. Breakfast was ok as your typical continental breakfast buffet you'd experience at any hotel.
