This resort is fantastic and has high regard from all locals we were so lucky to book here and would come and stay again for the whole time if we were to stay in Bali again much more relaxing than main Bali . Swimming was great straight out from hut overlooking beach Their Resturant food was top class as was the service

This resort was nothing short of spectacular. We had a beach Hut and it was sensational. Couldn’t recommend any higher. Only issues was the music from the restaurant next door went pretty late and kept us awake. Try for a Hut closest to the resort restaurant. Absolutely loved our time here and will definitely be a regular for us!

Bungalows direkt am Strand!
Ich vermute es ist eins der besten Hotelanlagen auf Nusa Lembongan. Das Essen im Restaurant bzw. Frühstück ist auch ein Traum. Sehr nettes Personal, hat alles geklappt! Sehr empfehlenswert!!!!!

Wow what a location right on the beach.
We will be back, loved our stay here. we went for our honeymoon for 4 nights and loved how relaxing this resort was. Great spot if you want to get away and do nothing. Loved been in bed of a night time hearing the waves. The resort management Josh was great, always coming around at breakfast or when we were having dinner at the resort to see how our day had been or if we needed any information about the island. Great having someone who speaks English as a first language. Very friendly staff and rooms were clean.

Amazing hotel. Fantastic food. Very friendly staff
The transfers were excellent. Very friendly staff. Amazing restaurant. The room was magnificent and literally right on the beach. Nusa lembongan is beautiful. Will definitely be back and recommend the hotel to friends and family

Beautiful Spot
Overall we were happy with our stay, we had made a change by email that was confirmed, however when we arrived they didn't have us booked in, luckily there was a spare room, while it wasn't the one we had booked at least they could help. Note: do not ask for room 1, it's right at the restaurant and kitchen and you hear everything including every time an order is ready to go to a table. The bathroom has an open section in roof so birds could get in, there was about half a dozen splats on the walls an floors that weren't cleaned up over our two night stay. Restaurant staff and manager Josh were very friendly but the other ground staff including security ignored you, I was at the front desk looking for someone to help with a transport query and the security guard and yard man just sat in the deck chair watching me. Non offer to help find anyone. The venue is very romantic and comfortable so I would still stay here again.

Perfekte 4 Nächte!!
Ist eine kleine, aber sehr schöne und saubere Anlage, direkt am Strand. Jeden Tag kommen zwar viele Tagestouristen aus Bali an diesen Strand, aber die haben uns nicht gestört. Entweder waren wir unterwegs, oder konnten uns beim abgeschirmten Teil (inkl. zweitem Pool) der Anlage der Sonne widmen. Die Bungalows sind zwar top, aber sehr knapp bemessen. Wer also zwei grosse Koffer mitbringt, wird Mühe haben diese zu verstauen, da ums Bett nicht wirklich viel Platz eingerechnet wurde... Am Abend ruhig mal die Strasse hinter dem Hotel fürs Nachtessen berücksichtigen. Ist schnell mal günstiger als im hoteleigenen Restaurant. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam!! Wir verbrachten sehr erholsame vier Nächte hier.

Prachtige locatie met leuke sfeer
Doordat het een resort betreft moet je niet rekenen op dezelfde aandacht als je wellicht gewend bent in hotels op Bali. De locatie in combinatie met de hutjes maken het toch een unieke ervaring. Houd er rekening mee dat de hutjes klein zijn, zeker als je wat langer wilt blijven of wat meer bagage bij hebt. Echter zijn de hutjes wel keurig verzorgd en schoon.

Almost There!
I had visited this very same location in 2004 and it was amazing! and now in 2014 I was back to find out it has gotten a lot bigger and sold to Bali Hai resorts that advertise that you can do many things from diffrent types of boating to diving but I found that most of the activitys leave from the main land and not the island. They seem to be catering to groups as for the 3 days I was there I didn't even have a staff person ask if I wanted a drink when out at the pool :(

Pleasant but could do better given price tag
I enjoyed the stay as I wanted to stay on the beach in a bungalow. It's definitely pricey compared to neighborhood , especially food. Mushroom bay is nice and you can actually use the beach compared to other places on the island. It's small but there's a shop, spa and restaurants. The service was sort of hit and miss to be honest but overall staff were friendly, they just don't set standards the same way Europeans would I guess. But given the high price you expect a little more. Bungalows are tiny. Literally space for the huge bed and a foot around it. No wardrobe per say, just 3 shelves which was a bit tight when you're there for a week. The hoard of day trippers arriving in the morning was a drag, loud speaker phones telling them what to do and they invaded the main pool. Luckily you can seek refuge in the diving pool. Again that's annoying given the high price.

This place is really nice between 18.30-10.30 when it is calm and a relaxing place. Unfortunately they have huge groups of day-visitors between 10.30-18.30 that fill up the pool and make the place really crowded. Sadly enough the hotel care more about the day-visitors and not the people staying at the resort which was a huge let down. (I understand that they earn more on the day-visitors, and thus that being their main business, but it is sad to stay at a fairly expensive place that is crowded with visitors most hours of the day.) Sure, you can join in their free activities during the day, but they will be crowded with day-visitors too. And the “activities” are a joke. The banana-boat goes slow so nobody would risk falling off, the canoeing is only within a really small area in the bay, the snorkeling is within 10 square meters around a fixed raft where a lifeguard will angrily blow his whistle if you dare to go one meter further. The food is eatable but not really good, go to one of the nearby restaurants instead.

Fabulous hotel directly on the beach
I don't know how anybody can write something bad about this hotel. The huts are great, sleeping room with en-suite and balcony, built in a typical Balinese style. There are 2 pools that give enough space for everybody. Watervolleyball is one option, sitting at the nicely arranged poolbar is another. There are some day visitor thst get ferried over from Bali. They make the hotel a little lively between 11am to 4pm. Apart from this it was very relaxing here. Breakfast beside the beach under the palms with view onto the beach was one of the highlights. The dinner menu was the best we could find along the beach. All thumps up, I can strongly recommend staying here.

エアコンが全く効かず、シャワートイレ付きの部屋にチェンジしてくれました。ビーチだけでは飽きがくるのでバイクレンタルで島内グルグルするとオオトカゲに出合ったり崖の上で休憩してると海亀がみえたりと素晴らしい景色に出会えました

Island Paradise
This is my 3rd return to Hai Tide and introduced my great friend to this island paradise. Though ours was only a short trip of 10 days, 3 nights at Mushroom Bay is a glorious balance to 7 nights on the mainland. Waking early to watch the bay come to life, soaking up the sun, cocktails by the pool, relaxing on the beach, dining in one of the beachfront restaurants and arranging a massage so close to the shoreline is just a decadent experience. But as the resort is owned by Bali Hai cruises the ability to use the pontoon facilities and snorkel, waterslide and banana boat whenever we chose is just a huge plus ++. The shared bathroom setup is one I never mind - an outdoor shower at night just staring up to the starry skies is a glorious experience. I've always been a fan - now so is my best mate.

Hai Tide Huts - Bali Hai Cruises activities
Nice Huts on the beach and lot of activities available from Bali Hai cruises: snorkeling, tours, canoes, bicycles etc. Bit crowded when cruise is at Lembongan (11-15), otherwise very peaceful beach. Good cafe next to Huts, recommend to dine there instead of at hotel.

By far one of our fav destinations in bali so relaxing so peace full and very cute love it love it can not wait to go back. So much included with ur stay snorkel,s and paddling boats trips round island. Wonderfull

Super mooi hotel
mooi hotel aan het strand van Lembongan eiland, lekker ontbijt, zeer leuke hutjes met een openlucht badkamer. Deze moet je delen met de andere gasten. Badkamer wordt elke dag schoon gemaakt. Het hotel heeft heel veel activiteiten: bananen boot, massage, snorkelen, etc. Eten in het hotel weten we niet maar bij de buren is zeker lekker...

Wow, What a place. Everyone is nice and helpful. Food is really good too. Make sure you do not get a hut by the pool or ocean view because you would not have much privacy. In the back is the best.

Bali Hai Tide Huts
Lembongan is een waar paradijs. En Mushroom beach, de baai waar Bali Hai Tide Huts zich bevindt is wat ons betreft de mooiste plek op het eiland voor een accommodatie. De 15 hutjes liggen direct aan zee. Meer betalen voor een hut op de 1e rij zouden wij niet doen. Vanuit de meeste iets meer naar achteren gelegen hutten zie je ook de zee. Tijdens het ontbijt zie je het lokale leven aan je voorbij trekken (vissers die terugkomen met hun vangst, laden/lossen van bootjes). De hutjes zijn niet groot, maar door een slimme indeling kunt je er alles in kwijt. We hadden gelezen dat het complex overdag wordt overspoeld door luidruchtige daytrippers, vooral Australiërs, die vanuit Kuta of Sanur een dagje Lembongan doen bij Bali Hai. Aangezien wij er medio februari waren en het dan laagseizoen is, viel het aantal bezoekers erg mee. En als je zelf overdag erop uit trekt zijn de meesten al vertrokken als jij terug komt. Als hotelgast mag je gratis gebruik maken van de faciliteiten voor de daytrippers: bv. snorkeltour (incl snorkelspullen), villagetour, bananaboat. Daytrippers mogen niet in het hotelgedeelte komen en daar staan ook strandbedden.

Hai Tide Huts, een echte must als aanvulling op je vakantie op Bali!
Geweldig! Alle luxe die je wilt is er hier. Meer betalen voor een hut met absoluut beachfront vinden wij echt het geld meer dan waard. Overdag erg druk door toeristen die voor een dagje komen snorkelen etc. Als ze weg zijn, is het heerlijk rustig en mooie schone kamers en badkamers!

Relaxation on the water
I had a wonderful time. The huts made it unique and the rooms were quaint and clean. The service was excellent and very attentive. There were many activities which are included with the hotel price. I enjoyed snorkeling, laying on the beach and having breakfast on the deck with an crystal clear ocean view. They also have surfing and diving available for more adventurous types. I think the only downfall was the food was not the best I ever had, but since the breakfast was free, I can't really complain. There are a couple restaurants near-by for lunch and dinner. I enjoyed myself so much that I didn't venture into town much. I would definitely stay here again.

Les huttes sont extrêments agréables et les salles de bain bien que communes d'une extrême propreté. Hôtel très agréable si l'on est pas là entre 10h et 15h ou si l'on aime l'ambiance hotel club car pendant cette période des groupes viennent de Benoa...En dehors de ces heures, plage et piscine agréables. En revanche, se méfier des info données par la réception : elles ne sont pas fiables et le seul but est de vous faire prendre des billets de bateaux chez SCOOT et de vous appeler un taxi hors de prix alors qu'un bateau public part de Mushroom bay. hotel cheap envahie toute la journée par des touristes venu pour la journée
tres mauvaix acceuil, aucune reponses a nos mails pour les transfert depuis Sanur, obliger de faire la liaison du bateau Perama à l'hotel via des scooters avec les valises sur le dos... personel pas souriant du tout et tres antipathique... mauvaix etat de la piscine bourré de chlore... plage jolie en apparence, mais fond marin tres moche et tres peux de poissons... petit dej frugale... une orde de touriste genre bidochon rejoignent l'hotel pour la journée et trust les emplacement descent... salle de bain a l'exterieur a partager avec 4 hutes... non vraiment le plus mauvaix hotel que nous avons fait durant notre sejour a Bali... je ne conseil pas du tout...

Wonderful place!
My friend and I took part of our spring break trip in April 2009. It was the first time to try this area of bali and we were not disappointed! The huts are simple, but clean. Ours was just on the beach. Beautiful beach area, and lots of activities to keep you having fun during the day. The pool is lovely and lots of loungers to take a snooze in the sun. We had breakfast both mornings, and it was a very nice buffet. Overall, a wonderful stay! I would definitely return.
