Hi Lauren Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I have checked on the hotels.com site you used to reserve your accommodation - it does mention the charge for parking and pets. It also mentions the £100 security deposit, which is fully refundable providing no damage within the apartment. We have cover at Reception 24 hours a day and we encourage any issues to be reported to Reception so we can resolve them - we would happily have replaced any light bulbs. If the bed was dirty we would have immediately moved you to another apartment. Finally, I have checked our CCTV footage and see that you were given a welcome letter on arrival which does confirm your departure date and time. Our standard check out time is 1030, however later checkouts are available for an additional charge. We are sorry you were disappointed in your stay - but we do pride ourselves in being transparent with all additional costs on all of our booking channels. Regards Fountain Court Team

I can only apologise that you experienced issues from the neighbours and that you were unable to park next to your apartment, but I hope that this did not impact too negatively on your stay.

Thank you for your feedback! First of all, please accept our sincerest apologies again that the cleanliness in the apartment was not up to our usual high standards. The Housekeeping Manager has been notified and has assured me that this is not a regular occurrence. Regarding noise, there is no motorway next to the apartment, but the Western Approach Road. The apartments are noise-insulated and we provide ear plugs in the apartments. Furthermore, we did offer to move you to a quieter apartment which you declined.
