Well worth to pay this hotel.
I very pleasure with this hotel except when I check in with Maria.But I told this problem with housekeeper manager.She fixed this problem for me.I accrpted that. Well worth to pay with this hotel.

The hotel is showing signs of aging from cracked ceilings to extremely squeeky floors. We had a 2 night stay and on night 1 we had to close the room windows due to a barking dog in the early hours from a neighbouring property. Night 2 we were woken up just after midnight by the guests in the room next to us being extremely noisy so terrible soundproofing. Stayed in a lot of accomodation around the Edinburgh area but would certainly not come back to this one, nor would I recommend it to others.

Easy transport access to airport and city centre, on a regular bus route. Staff at the hotel very helpful and friendly . Hotel of a good standard .

Room not serviced during my stay. Wake up calls had not been cancelled on room phone, so woken early both mornings despite letting then know. Sunday morning breakfast was really nice with good service.... Monday not so good...breakfast dried up, things not replenished...poor service.

Staff were friendly throughout my entire stay here, the cleanliness and attentiveness are on point!! Great hotel and fabulous hospitality.

Good but could do with refreshing rooms
Stayed here several times due to the hotels location. Cost is gine providing there is nothing on in Edinburgh - otherwise realy quite expensive. Rooms very good size but decor looking tired now and really needs freshened up - especially the windows! Fine when paying cheaper rates, but would feel let down if having to pay more than £75 per night

Average start. Moved room due to heating not working. Moved room had a constant thud 24/7 but couldn't be bothered moving again. Poor beds.

It was a great 3 night stay and we really appreciate it. The indoor pool and its temperature was amazing. Our daughter enjoyed a lot in it. The steam room and sauna were also wonderful. The restaurant and bar were fine as well. Many thanks again!

horrible housekeeping experience
The hotel was ok BUT on arrival we found a (vape) left on the kid’s bed. We thought that should be a mistake although it was left next to the wrapped towels. 2 days later my kid dropped a toy under the bed, went down to get it and yes, another (vape) was found under the bed! not sure what else we would have found if we checked more. Horrible experience thinking that this room, towels, sheets,… were cleaned after the previous guests or just a room tidy up and welcome the new guests! One more negative is that we were given a room on 3rd floor (lift only goes to 2nd floor so we have to carry our bags one floor in check in and check out)

Dirty...Stay Away!
First of all, there was more than one occasion where we came back to the room with dirty sheets with some sort of dark brown/red residue on the sheets. Then there were multiple occasions where what appeared to be clean, folded linens were piled up on the dirty, dingy carpet on our floor. Then to top it all off, towards the end of our trip my wife was covered in red spots/bumps, which the doctor informed us was in fact bedbug bites upon our return home.

It was quite nice. It’s called the Leonardo Murrayfield but it’s not in Murrayfield, it’s quite a lot further out then that. So worth checking in the map before booking

I loved the warm welcome I received from all the staff and were very informative that there was things my son could go too if he liked within the hotel (made him included) I never used this but was really nice to know.

Nice looking hotel, staff were helpful and friendly. Food was good room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The pool and steam room was a nice way to spend some time but unfortunately the sauna was out of order. Overall we had a nice stay and we will be back

The hotel building is a very old building but surprisingly, they are able to keep the cleanliness of the hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. They also have plenty of amenities to offer; big gym, indoor pool, steam room and sauna. They have good breakfast buffet to offer at a very reasonable price, and the lobby restaurant has very good food too. Room rate wise, it’s very reasonable as well.

Lovely hotel
Friendly helpful staff. Clean and warm. A plug for the bathroom washbasin was needed. Lovely breakfast and Gluten free availability was appreciated. E/V charge points would be great as it is a 20 minute walk to the nearest charge point
