Use to be a nice hotel. Looks run down and aged. Tiles in bathroom were lifting up. Missing grout around tiles. Evidence of a bathmat (residue) but no bath mat.

The facility was clean and the staff was courteous. There were many options with the included breakfast.

They were super busy and a little short staffed but you could watch them really rushing to take care of everybody. They were great

Our room is unkept. No toilet paper, Kleenex and only two towels. The bedding looks slept in. The fridge was still dirty, with cups in it filled with green liquid.

I’ve stayed here before and this place is nice. However being short staffed meant we couldn’t check into our hotel until 6 PM. To me, this is unacceptable. I have two children aged 2&4 who were exhausted and cranky. Great staff and decent room but the fact that we won’t get a full refund is so disappointing.

Our son a COMMERCIAL pilot checked in at 10:40pm as you was picking up a private jet (SF50) at Cirrus the next morning. It was the closest hotel I could find to Cirrus and I prepaid so he can get a great night sleep before receiving our new jet. The manager would not allow him to check in since he was only 20 years old. He can fly a plane full of passengers commercially and be responsible for the the wealthiest executives but he can’t check into this hotel. He flies a Pilatus for a living and his pilots license is his ID. There were no Ubers so he walked (in Minnesota in freezing conditions at 11pm at night to another hotel) He realized it was too far and too cold and had to turn back. He eventually found a Uber and was able to find another hotel. So he is not old enough to check in but old enough to walk the streets of Minnesota at night in freezing temperatures. Very poor decision making by the staff causing a scary night of freezing temperatures and missed sleep for a Commercial pilot. So crazy!

the tub I was going to bathe my granddaughter, and when you run water whatever’s down in the drain there’s black particles that come back up and start filling the top even when it’s unplugged I think they need to clean out the drains. Also, the sink took a while to drain and I also noticed the toilet didn’t flush well maybe something wrong with the plumbing.

It was nice, I was disappointed how cold the pool was. Two out of the three of us barely stayed in ( the pool was the main reason we came.)

Liked the water slide but disliked that the hot tub was down and looked a very disgusting color. Front desk attendant was rude. Found empty pop cans behind fridge. Children were allowed to run down the halls at night knocking on doors then running away.

This may be one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. At check-in there were about 50 people (including children). Check in is at 3:00. They told a majority of people in line to check in that their specific room was not ready and she said to each of them that she just spoke to the housekeeping manager and told each person it would be ready in 10-20 minutes. I was standing close and started really paying attention once I realized she told everyone the same thing without leaving the desk to talk to the housekeeping manager one time. After waiting over a hour and a half after check-in she said our room was ready. The room was half cleaned with moldy Chipotle in the refrigerator. After reporting these issues to 3 different staff members including the manager they all said it’s not their fault that the hotel is full. At breakfast, everything was empty. Again, they said it would be replenished in 15 minutes every time someone asked. After 45 minutes of never being replenished we left. Once more they said it’s not their fault. This hotel is independently owned and appears to have a severe lack of management, customer service, organization and most of all lack of any responsibility for anything. If this was the last hotel available in Duluth I would suggest going another date and staying at another hotel.

Our bedsheets were not changed or they were not checked, they had blood stains on them from someone else! Staff was friendly and appolgized and changed our bedding. They said the manager would give me a call, I'm waiting to hear back from them.

The restaurant next door was nice being so close. Food was great and service. The hotel is nice also. Not much in pool area but was great also. One big slide, kids had fun either way. A small kid pool with sprinkler was nice and a decent size pool. Hot tub was down but not the end of the world. Overall pretty decent place.
