Very nicely updated and clean. Bed and pillows comfy. Breakfast was good-plenty of options. We walked to dinner. Easy access for our next day drive North. We will stay here again.

Everyone was very nice and it was clean. The thing was the laundry room was out of service and the elevator was broke down. The bed wasn't very comfortable and the water pressure was very low.

If you are wanting a property close to CHI St. Vincent, this is the place to stay. It was super close, and the hotel was clean, quiet, and perfect for our visit.

Our bed was not made at all. We stayed multiple nights. The last day we stayed no one came to clean and no new towels. Breakfast was good with lots of choices.

Happy with my stay
Easy, friendly check-in including parking. The hallway seemed in need of a vacuum but my room was very clean. Comfy bed. Sounds random, but I love that the doors here don’t close automatically. No slamming doors makes for a much sounder sleep. Breakfast was good, thank you for having several fruit choices. Only complaint was the soda vending machines were mostly sold out, but the nice lady who checked me in offered me a couple of water bottles from behind the desk.

Eventful night
Ok. Hotel was very good and clean. Room was very quiet and clean. Until I had three different people try to enter my room while I was sleeping. The guy at the front desk i believe was Spencer. Was a joke no customer service what so ever and has no idea how to talk to people. Just rude and did not try to help. Did not know where people were placed so was issuing multiple guests the same room. The people in the morning were very good and they knew what they were doing.

The Comfort Inn & Suites North Little Rock McCain Mall made a very nice first impression which lasted my entire visit. The accessible room was very spacious, clean, and quiet. The only improvement I would suggest is to add a soap shelf in the big shower.
