Mgm't charged an extra fee for arriving 25 minutes prior to the 3:00 check in. The room we were offered had a cigarette smell to it.The sheets did not feel or smell fresh.I mentioned these issues to the front desk;& I only received a "Hmm.We decided not to return to the motel.Called the property after returning home to restate my displeasurable Experience with the Manager.She said to call back Monday after she discusses my concerns with upper mgm't. The place is getting old and maintenance is not always being done. missing tile and the fiberglass tube is flaking.
The staff was amazing and friendly!! That was the only good thing. The room itself was horrible. The back of the door was disgusting. The wallpaper in certain areas were peeling. Parts of the wall around the tub needs to be remodeled pieces were missing. It was spots on the bathroom wall by the toilet that looked like blood drops and feces drops. One of the pillow cases were either dirty or horribly stained
This was the absolute worst experience i have ever had in a hotel. First two nights we did not have hot water, luke warm at best but mostly just cool. When ibsaid something they simply said, yea we have that problem with the end rooms, my question then why put guests in thise rooms. After 2nd night they changed our rooms, but the key never worked, so we would have to go down to front every day. We asked to have our room cleaned daily and theyvsaid they dont do that! I said i am paying for a service and i want my room cleaned daily with clean towels. We had to ask for clean towels nearly every day. Spoke to the manager and she said the room should be cleaned daily if we have asked for it, and we did ask every day. Manager did say she would comp us a free night on hotels.com, but have yet to see this. Terrible hotel, worst service ever! To top it all off, we were home for Christmas from out of state and i had just lost my son in an auto accident. Would not recommend this hotel.
First room beds not made and trash outside room. Second room looks like door was busted in by cops… coffee pot split on table. we basically slept in our clothes.. after complaining again with no results
Booked 2 rooms for 3 nights. The wallpaper in one of the rooms was falling off, there was black mold behind it, and there was an overwhelming cleaning product smell. Staff was nice and we got upgraded to a nicer room free of charge. Missing bulb in night lamp, low batteries in the TV remote and other details in the new room, nothing serious. The keys are reset every day after checkout time, making an inconvenience for stayovers. Staff at the front desk were absent every time we went to reset our key. They were never rude, but seemed that they don't enjoy their job. Finally, we had a heartwarming farewell from the housekeeping ladies.
Torn carpets, mold, wall paper pealing off walls, paint blistering off the doors, overflow hole in the sink caulked shut, fleas & bugs, thin towels, no hangers in the closet, out of food at breakfast and slow to replenish, etc. Inexpensive, but I should have paid a few dollars more.
The condition of this hotel is poor. Needs some serious renovation. A large room but no sofa, chairs or tables- just a big empty space where they should have been. Peeling wallpaper, stained bathtub/shower, and very old worn carpet.
When we checked in at 4:00 pm they didn’t have rooms ready. Several people had to wait for about 15 or more minutes in the lobby for a room. Finally we went down for breakfast at about 8:30 and there was no hot food available- the bins were empty so we just left and had breakfast elsewhere. I would not stay at this location again.
Room was just okay, peeling wallpaper etc. I was put in the first room off of the lobby, so I could hear the elevator running all night, the front desk phone ringing, people talking in the lobby. The front parking lot filled up early, I had to park in the back parking lot, but the back door key scanner did not work. Would not stay again.
waited very long for front desk check in. not very polite. the place is dirty. to put it mildly. urge to check for bed bugs. shouting from room next door. might just look around for another hotel.
Upon entering the hotel the lobby looked very old and rundown. The gentleman at the front desk didn’t greet us and had multiple stains on his shirt. It took an extremely unusual amount of time to be checked in. The overall cleanliness wasn’t the best when it came to the elevator and hallways. The room wasn’t so bad however we were unable to find the switch to turn on the light in the toilet area. The bed was really comfortable, but the shower was attached to a hot tub that wasn’t clean. Overall I would not recommend.
Front desk receptionists were not particularly friendly. The room was dirty and the furnitures were disgusting. The shower was cold due to insufficient hot water.
Good check in and down hill from there.
