They had changed my room because of a fire, no discount. When checking in the entry doors literally had a sticker stating the building was unfit for occupancy. I’m pretty sure they rented me a room that was unfit for occupancy. Staff was not professional. Little to no toiletries. Sheets had burns in them. Lobby space was dirty. I guess you get what you pay for.
It was a spacious room however the room smelled like cigarettes for all 4 nights of stay and the hallways smelled really bad. Personally it was intolerable
The employees need more attention about clean the property and the rooms. The first night we noticed the bathroom was dirty!!! The phone doesn't work. Either the hair dryer. And we found a jeans from someone. No mine for sure. T he guy on the front desk I don't know if he understands how to work. No place for staying!
I was checked in to a room that smelled awful, windows didn't lock, curtains did not cover window, tv did not work. I was moved to a second room where the tv did not work. Moved to a third room where there was no safety lock on the door. The property housed several questionable employees and people staying. The property was unsafe, dirty and overall awful. I would never recommend this hotel. I could not stay there, I had to leave, I asked for a refund and had to book another hotel right then and there as it was late evening.The experience was ridiculous!
The king bed we booked turned out was a much smaller bed; the bed is clean though. The room was much larger than we thought with big fridge, new microwave, pot heating panel and kitchen area although there wasn't any kitchen utensils.

Even though the facility has supposedly been recently renovated it still seemed a bit dogeared. Also, some minimal stuff was missing. I rented a suite with a kitchen and there was not a single cup or piece of silverware--not to mention any plates or pots and pans. Not even a plastic cup for water! At a minimum a cup should be available and ideally a plate and a fork or two.
Everything was normal but the Wi-Fi is very slow and even though it has full reception, it is hard to connect.
Rather than that, it was a great experience
It was horrible no heat in first room chair had questionable marks on it . It was freezing . Moved to another room same nasty mold in bathroom paint peeling and walls dirty bathroom vanity very nasty falling apart . Tub moldy and dirty . Hair clumps in shower and floor . Everything was peeling .. I wiped down all surfaces and the room though it smelled nice when we walked in and he other room was cleaner but the rag was was gross there too. No win very uncomfortable. Would never stay there again
I have been to this hotel like 5 years ago. It was clean back 5 years ago. Bathtub was stained this time, grass had dog feces all over, the halfway reeked of cigarettes, and cable was not working. Staff was friendly though.
Room was big enough, but bathroom was small and old. Toilet moved when you sat on it. ran out of toilet paper. only 2 towels in room for 2 people. had to ask for more. Breakfast was not what we thought it was going to be. actually went out to eat.

Very in-attending front desk attitude. Room wasn’t ready at check in time. Was left hanging for 1 1/2 hours in the lobby.

It was just okay
It was dingy and needed to be updated. We had to go to the lobby to get clean towels. No housekeeping done. They only had one luggage cart and it was not available The price was inflated due to the Chicago Marathon but was decent.The clerk who was new to the job was very pleasant and helpful.

Extremely outdated property, which is surprising for Comfort Inn. The room was muggy, missing soap, shampoo, conditioner, no hangers, no ice bucket, the coffee machine had two moldy coffee packets in it, and the hallways smelled like garbage. I wish I booked elsewhere!
Hallways smelled like horseradish (at least for the three days I was there), curtains didn't close, closet door, one desk phone, and mini-fridge were all broken. The room was clean and the bed was nice, though. Staff was awesome.

The bathroom needs a real deep clean. There isn’t much to do around there so make sure you have a car. I was only there for two days but I would recommend you stay elsewhere. The bath towels are hard. The day staff was kind because I had to go back three times to get my card activated so that I could get into my room and they kindly apologized every time. (That was sarcasm) Just avoid this place. Spend the extra $20 for a much better place.
